Need to change beds to queen size and they were hard to sleep on.only had 2 towels for 2 adults and 3 kids. Lady at the front ms dot was nice at check in over all it was fair.

I stayed on business for 4 days and nights. The room was clean and well cared for. The desk clerk was extremely nice and helpful to me, but I noticed she was a little dismissive to another customer with a legitimate complaint. The building was new and spacious for an inexpensive brand. However, the parking lot was terrible. The parking lot design was […] drawn up with a kindergarten-level vision. Spaces were entirely too small for the clientele (lots of contractors with large pickup trucks and long vans). Coffee maker in the room was one of those cheap one-cup rigs that always seemed to make a mess no matter how much or little water was poured into it. The coffee itself was some no-name brand that tasted horrible (and I'm pretty easy to please with coffee flavors. The bed was average quality, but clean and good, clean linens. Pillows were medium softness and again very clean... almost felt new to be honest. TV was new 36" LCD with great quality picture... but lacked the TV channel choices found at some other hotels. The room was loud from neighbors hanging out on the balcony to late hours and from starting up vehicles right outside the door early in the mornings. The shower had very low water pressure, but the water got hot quickly when you needed it. The WiFi network was fast, easy, and worked well. The provided breakfast area was big enough for a few smalls groups and the food was adequate for what you pay for. I would stay there again, yes, for the price. Read more

Our main problem was not having a roll away bed secured as the hotels.com rep had assured us would be included. Also, we had requested connecting or near rooms, and the hotel did not know this information either. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice. My family and I were in town for graduation which she even congratulated me on. This is a great overall value for a short term stay. Very cheap and very clean. Complimentary breakfast wasn't too bad. I would definitely stay again.

Last minute we booked here for USM homecoming weekend. The room was comfortable and the bed was great (even had a microwave and fridge) but the outside was shady and they would NOT let us check-in before 2 which was very inconvenient

The heat index outside was over 100 degrees and the rooms had old window AC units. When we went into our room, they had not turned them AC on and it was sweltering! We put it on full blast and the room did not cool off for FOUR HOURS! Then, we woke up at 1 am with a freezing room. There was a hole kicked in the back of the bathroom door and a lovely […] picture of a man's private parts drawn on the wall in the bathroom. (So obnoxious when you are staying with little ones.) The shower head should have been replaced but it looked like they just rigged it to work. It could not be adjusted and you literally had to stand in the back corner of the shower just to get wet. I decided to try this motel because we just needed a place to sleep and other users had given it a decent review. I will not make that mistake again! The only bright spot on the stay was that the lady at the front desk was very pleasant. The beds were comfortable enough. If you only need a place to sleep and are not traveling with small children AND it is not hot outside, it might be ok. Otherwise, pay a few more dollars and stay somewhere else! Read more
