I was pleased with my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The only slight negative was the sound of the waterfall at night, which was a little too loud.

Close to playing fields with a ton of places to eat within walking distance. Rooms are older but very clean. I-Hop attached to the lobby for breakfast was golden. Would stay again in a heartbeat

I like the resturant and breakfast menu. I would like to see a daily newspaper offered. Housekeeping staff were very professional and did a very good job. Vending machines were not too convenient, but was adequately supplied. i would recommend hotel to friends and family.

I am very Familiar with the area and I know there are equal hotels for cheaper rates. My experience was good. Except for the beating on the door 3 hours before check out by the cleaning lady. My advice, use the do not disturb door handle if you don't leave before 8 am!!

Had some trouble with directions at first as far as finding our room since the Super 8 building is in the back. Overall, ok. Biggest complaint: clogged tub. Tried to take a shower an the water began to build up. More like taking a bath.

Last minute stop and stay the night down while visiting family. They worked very well with me trying to get my family and two pets into rooms close enough with the right beds, etc. Had a late check out the next day and they had no problems with it and everything went very smoothly. The pool was beautiful and clean, even if it is a little small.

I needed to cancel my reservation at the last minute and learned that I wouldn't receive any refund of what was paid since the reservation needed to be cancelled by 12/11/11. In the future I will only book hotels directly with the hotel where 24 hour cancellation is sufficient.

We had a very nice stay at this motel. The staff, especially Cindie, was extremely friendly and helpful. However, we found that our room was not as clean as it should be. I walked across the carpet with my new white socks. They turned brown from the soil in the carpet. The bath tub was very slow to drain, so I showered with water over my ankles. The location is good if you travel to LaGrange, there are lots of places around to eat. there is a pool inside (for residents only) and IHOP adjacent to the the lobby. the only "discomfort" was the room upon entrance. the A/C is not running there until YOU turn it on.

I ended up in La Grange to a family crisis. The stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff went above & beyond to accomodate me & my family. I would wholeheartly recommend this hotel. I do think is time for a remodel but there is no price for the service I was provided.

The rest of the hotel looked like it was built decades before the lobby building with new security gates and a renovated courtyard. There was no elevators, and the pool area needs new chairs.
