It was nice to stay there because it´s a very quiet place with a cool environment regarding the neighborhood and convenience stores are located very close to the place. Two things that I would to get next chance are food to buy it in there and a quickness wi-fi system. The locaion was great to me to get my business place.

We tried checking in an hour early and were told no rooms were available and we had to wait. Yet, walk in's were checked in right away. The fullest we ever saw the parking lot by our room had 5 to 7 cars... yet we had to wait for a room?

Hotel is musty smelling and old. They try to sell you a time share upon checking. It does not have any shuttle service to any of the parks. If your looking for a parks vacation this is not the hotel for you. I will not return here will look for a more family friendly place for my next Disney trip.

The kitchen and living areas are small, but clean and adequate for our short stay. The two bedroom we shared was good for our stay since we were spending most of the time nearby at the convention center or with family. The bedroom with the twin beds is better for kids than adults since it is small. Overall we had a enjoyable stay there, however I recommend the two bedroom for a family of four ...

It doesn't look like the pictures. That's for sure .You actually are waiting for the cockroaches. Dirty, badly laid-out, run down. Their newly up-graded needed to be upgraded. It felt and looked like a trailer park . We booked for a week and left after one night .Poor,VERY POOR.and we weren't expecting 5 star.

It was great for the 5 of us (3adults 2 kids). It was really in an apartment complex with a few extras. Maintenence was great and fast (all I needed were batteries for remote). It was very close to Seaworld and an easy drive to Disney Parks. We bought our park tickets in office for same price as gate and saved us waiting in long line. We never checked in. We switched to westgate lakes hotel. The leisure hotel was a dump! It was not worth the money-it was just like a motel . Upon looking at the extremely small room-we switched our reservation ! The tv and dresser were in the closet. Don't send anyone to this hotel. All the other westgate hotels are much much better!

The staff was nice. The room was comfy and clean. Having the kitchen was a plus as we saved a lot of money just cooking our meals. Very good location, there is a Publix nearby. I was glad to see that they are remodeling.

Upon arrival my room was upgraded to a two bedroom. The space was adequate and the kids enjoyed the stay. The room was beautiful and it was close to attractions

first of all, this hotel is being renovated. The hotel was pretty booked as well. Sadly the room we stayed in smelled of mold and mildew. You could not call the front desk from the room.

Hotel staff was not Pleasant. They were more interested in making me a breakfast reservation to sell me time share than the roach I found crawling on my wall. Westgate L.R. is a very nice resort. Very clean rooms, Big enough for a family of 6. The area was nice, quiet & beautiful. This was our third time staying here. We will book again next year.

I was surprised by how complete the kitchen was, there was no utensil or cooking gadget missing, when even had an electric can opener! We had dish washing gel and dishwasher detergent, even kitchen paper towels delivered to us daily. I did not have to buy any accessory to cook.With all the details II did not care that in the bedrooms the still have […] old tube tv's or that the decor is a bit outdated... We enjoyed one night there as we where visiting Orlando. Made the reservation the night before, and was plesently surprised. Very nice surroundings, and everything was clean and comfortable. There was free Internet access in the lobby and possible to buy some necessary stuff. The only thing, I was glad I had a GPS to find it.
