It's just a stones throw away from BTS train station(Chong Nonsi) which will literally take you to anywhere you would like to go to in Bangkok without spending too much and minus the traffic.

The location and the convenience of access to the BTS and Air-Rail Link can't be beat however. When I did approach them, kept getting pushed toward a different staff member for assistance instead. When we finally got checked in the key didn't work and had to wait up at reception again trying to get someone to correct their initial mistake. When we arrived to the hotel to check in the front desk could not find our information. We had already booked and payed for our room online. They then told us they needed the booking number from expedia from the internet. The wanted us to pay 200 baht (about 7 dollars) to use the internet to do this as they could not find any of our information with […] our name or credit card used. After we got that settled they put us in our room. We requested a large queen bed for my husband and I. We walked into the room to find two twin beds pushed together! my husband went down to let them know that accomadation would not work. They told us they had nothing for us, even though we were under the impression we would be getting a queen. They pushed to put us in a room that was a smoking room. After my husband threated to cancel our reservation a room magically appeared. That night a cockroach was found scurrying across our bed. There was an infestation of some kind of insect and we were on the 7th floor!! God only knows what could be found on the first floors. this was my 5th visit to this hotel and have found that the level of service has slowly declined over time . i found it appalling that there wasnt any free internet service in any of the rooms and the price they charged for internet was way out of touch with other parts of Thailand

Overall a very nice hotel - the only things I would say would be that they supply a roll away bed for the third and they are a little slow in checking in. The hotel rooms are lovely and a good size and hotel in an excellent location.

A great location at the Ratchatewi BTS (Skytrain) Station. Excellent and very cheap access to the airport train as well as to the rest of the city using the BTS, and MTB (Metro). The location is perfect, right next to BTS (Skytrain) station.The rooms we had (premier) very good with good features. These were let down badly by the quality of the staff in the Breakfast restaurant, who were very surly and openly rude to customers, not a smile in sight. Room staff were very efficient and polite though. Also do not let the concierge […] arrange a taxi for you as on one occasions he arranged a fixed price with the taxi driver which turned out to be over double the actual cost had the taxi used his meter. Finally if you need to print any documents, Boarding Card etc, they do not habve the facility to do this! Such a shame it was let down by these easily corrrected problems.
