"It's under construction...."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 26, 2013
It was a little chaotic.. The "office area" was 3 fold up tables with black table clothes over them. Check in time also wasn't till 4pm and check out time was 10am. I found that a little frustrating. When we asked for a later check out, they did their best to accommodate us by giving us an extra 30mins! It was also the film festival so things were extra crazy. Probably woulnt stay again, location wasn't that great. Would much rather have something close to a stream or nice wooded area.

Decent place-Not that close to downtown- but not that far either. Nice room-decent size. Not a full on resort- but not $300.00, or more, a night either. Really cant beat it for the money.
"Adobe Village Graham Inn -- a great place to stay"
We spent 3 nights at the Adobe Village Graham Inn, about 5 miles south of Sedona. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners, Ron and Cheryl, are very welcoming and treated us like old friends. Ron was especially helpful in recommending hikes and giving directions, and Cheryl is a great cook! Breakfasts were wonderful. We would definitely stay here […] again if we return to the area. "Doesn't live up to advertising"
A fully cooked breakfast was advertised. We learned by reading a leaflet in the room that it was only available between 8-9a., with a continental breakfast available until 10:00. On the 2nd morning we didn't make it downstairs until 9:10. There was an employee cleaning up a table where someone just ate. We mentioned that we were hungry, but we were […] ignored and soon realized that they were closing shop. We asked if we missed breakfast and the employee said yes. We asked about the continental breakfast and we were told that usually there's cereal and muffins, but not today. Sorry. We then saw the owner pulling away in his car. We went out to breakfast and of course enjoyed all that Sedona has to offer. We've stayed at other B&Bs. Typically the allure to these type of properties is the warmth of your host. Don't expect it at this property. Very cold. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Adobe Village Graham Inn"
Our hosts Ron and Cheryl were very friendly and the breakfast is easily 5 star. I would stay there again just for the breakfast. Nice quiet location, the pool was closed for the season, but we did enjoy the hot tub in the evening which included star gazing. Location is near many hiking areas including a hop skip and a jump to bell rock. I would stay […] again. One thing you should know is that if you stay on the first floor you will hear the sounds of breakfast being prepared at around 7AM. Since we were early risers it wasn't a problem for us. my girlfriend and I thought it would be a great idea to get away for the weekend and we wanted something romantic and nice so when booking the inn I chose the adobe graham inn and right from the moment we got there we loved it. we even arrived late and though the front desk was closed Ron, the innkeeper made it very convenient for late commers to check […] in and get settled in. "Almost Like Home!"
We stayed in "The Lonesome Dove Villa" and it was exceptionally clean, and well maintained! We really enjoyed our stay! It was such a nice touch to have homemade bread cooking in the bread machine in the room when we arrived as it smelled just like home! We also enjoyed the warm, chewy cookies in left in our room in the evening as well! The only two […] things that made the stay just a little less than perfect is that the bed sunk in the middle a little and it was a little difficult for us to sleep, and the serving time for the breakfast provided to us in the a.m. was ended to early at 9:00 a.m. It would have been nice if they would have served breakfast to 9:30 or 10:00 for those of us truly on vacation! We will return again as the premises was well kept and there were wonderful views of the red rock walls that area is known for! We had a GREAT TIME! :) Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Quiet B&B atmosphere"
The Inn is a perfect antidote to hotel travel; the room had everything we wanted; delicious "foodie five star" breakfast; friendly but not too friendly hosts -- so lots of privacy, too. I wish I could find an Inn like this everywhere I go.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Absolutely adorable"
This is such a beautiful B&B. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family. The breakfast was great (not to mention the fantastic cookies they left in the room). Adobe Village Graham is a B&B. The room was clean and well-appointed. The owners and employees were friendly and helpful, but never intrusive. "Beautiful Bed & Breakfast, but not so warm and fuzzy"
The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are truly amazing, beautifully decorated, all the amenities available. Beautiful gardens, nice pool and hot tub outside. Breakfast was fairly tasty. We were promptly dismissed from the lobby when we arrived to check in early - would have been nice if we were at least […] offered an opportunity to peruse the brochures to find something to do in the area while we waited for the room to be ready. "Great Spot, Great Hosts"
When we booked Adobe Village we didn't realize we were booking a small B&B, but were glad this was the outcome. Location is great for hiking nearby red rocks, Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte, and hosts Ron and Cheryl are great with tips on the trails. Also, because of being away from the main commercial centers of Sedona, you will feel more like you're […] in the country (OK, at least the suburbs, which it is). Downside is you need to hop in your car to do anything other than hike (shopping, dining ...). Our room, Tumbleweed, was small but fairly priced, and nicely appointed. Breakfast was ample and very well done (fresh fruit, scone, pineapple French toast with chicken sausage), and if the weather permits sitting on the patio, you'll enjoy the birds flitting around and singing while you eat. "Just the facts"
It is only a bed and a breakfast. Pool, pointless, freezing cold, hot tub, pointless, never on or only warm when on. Garden area was nice. Heat and air in room, told rudely, by owner, only works when another room has their heat or air on, wow. We froze the first night in the room. Fireplace in room did not work. VHS unit in the TV, so you date the age, […] with maybe an18 inch fuzzy screen, unbelivable. Breakfast was good. Carol Lee, the caretaker, was nice, however, the owners do not make you feel welcome although you are paying premuim pricing. Bathroom, old and outdated. Faux premium bed slept well but no way to keep out light in the room in am. If you want to pay more and get less this place is for you. We love Sedona and will be back but never at this B & B. This place has turned us off B & B's, which we used to love. Luckily, part of our trip was in Scottsdale and we stayed at the 3 Palm for a third of the price and couldn't believe how outstanding the 3 Palm was compared to the first leg of our trip. Very luxurious, comfortable - staff somewhat reserved/shy (felt a little like we were intruding on private time), I got the feeling kids may not have been so welcome. "cozy and sweet"
. My boyfriend and I were traveling to Sedona last minute over the Easter holiday. I did a lot of research and Adobe Village Graham Inn had predominantly good reviews with some bad mixed in. That was our experience as well. On the good side: the bed was soft clean. They left yummy home cooked cookies in our room at bed time! The two person shower was […] lush. We asked to have the hot tub turned on and there were no problems. Breakfast was delicious and they accommodated us even though we were on the late side. We ate outside which has a great view. The owners and staff were super friendly and gave us some tips on where to backpack later in our trip. They have great maps and hiking guides. On the down side: We stayed in the Painted Desert room which is a dark and doesn't have a great view. It over looks a gas tank and AC unit. The walls are a bit thin, I could hear my neighbor coming and going. This was a bit tough since we went for a romantic getaway. The owners and staff are very nice, but kind of weird - I can't really explain other than they were somewhat mechanical. Finally, it is about a 15min drive to uptown Sedona, which could be splendid or a bit of a pain. I found it to be both. We didn't spend a whole lot of time at the B&B because we were exploring Sedona, but the time that we were there was nice. I recommend this place! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Stunning views coupled with seclusion"
The suite we booked was a two-bedroom with a kitchenette. We were surprised when we first walked through the door to find they had a loaf of bread baking for us in our room. The fridge had complimentary bottles of water and juice, the counter had a basket of snacks and everyday they brought by some fresh baked goodies. The beds had comfy memory foam […] mattresses. There was a clear unobstructed view outside the back patio door of Bell Rock and we were able to take some really great photos of the dawn lighting up the beautiful red rock formations surrounding the inn. We loved our stay at the Adobe Village Graham Inn. We had to arrive late and Ron made sure we would be able to get in. The fire was nice and warm on a chillier winter evening! "Excellent B&B"
This B&B met and exceeded all of my expectations gained from the other online reviewers. While we were only able to stay for one night, we were treated with exceptional hospitality. When we arrived, we had a personalized note on the front door indicating that the owners were next door in one of the rooms performing a deep cleaning of another room, and […] to either find them next door or give them a call (number was provided). Check-in was little more than being handed the key and being given a quick but thorough tour of the room and hotel area. We were greeted in our room by freshly made bread that was only 20 minutes from finished (and tasted delicious when done). Our room, the Lonesome Dove, was outstanding. There is a king sized bed with a memory foam topper, which was very comfortable, a fireplace with two large leather sitting chairs, a waterfall shower, and of course the six person barrel hot tub. The decor was very consistent throughout, and obviously took a lot of time to perfect. The next morning we were treated to a great three course breakfast (which is served between 8 and 9:30). The morning we were there, we had fresh fruit, muffins, and an omelet with bacon. There is also a pool/spa for the guests, however we did not use this during our stay. This location is very close to good food, hiking, and shopping. The B&B has numerous binders and books full of information on all of these activities, plus the owners have their own personal recommendations as there are almost too many options to pick out of a book. We wish we could have stayed longer, and will definitely be returning when time allows a longer stay. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

There are many better hotels in Sedona for this price range. Also, this is more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. In the Village of Oak Creek with decent views, but nowhere near the creek. What a treat! Ron & Cheryl were gracious hosts at this terrific B & B. The room was lovely (the Painted Desert) and decorated very much in keeping with the Southwest. "Not just a hotel..."
We stayed here with our 3 kids in May of 2010. I was expecting an upscale hotel and was surprised that we were actually in our own condo-type apartment. It was very well decorated and comfortable. Breakfasts were better than a 5 star restaurant […] and were prepared by someone who loves feeding others. There were fresh bread and cookies left in our room every evening, including special treats for my vegan husband. They even bagged up some snacks for us on the day that we missed breakfast to go on a Grand Canyon tour. The views of the mountains from our bedroom and back patio were amazing.
