The pool was rather loud at 11:00. It is nice that it is open 24 hours but people need to have respect for those who are trying to sleep.

Hotel was great, however, the rate when I checked in was $20 less than what I was quoted/charged on hotels.com. The front desk attendant said that hotels.com would only be charged the lower rate, and to inquire as to whether or not I would be refunded the difference.

the staff was very freindly and up graded us from a reg. motel room to a suit. Glad they did. the first night there the neighbors children were very noisy and there were no parents in the room. one call to the front desk the parents were found and the children were quieted. had a great nights sleep after that. We had a very late check-in & at first when I called to let the hotel know they were very friendly, but when I called again later to say we would be even later the clerk came across bothered, bored, & almost argumentative. I was informed that if I was any later that I wouldn't be allowed to check in & would be charged anyway which made me angry because […] we were driving in. We made it in time but our room keys didn't work even after having them re-swiped 3 times. The clerk finally had to come up to the 3rd floor & manually unlock our door, so we didn't get room keys. On the bright side our room was very nice & our bed was very comfy which was great because we were so exhausted we immediately passed out. I would stay there again & hope for a better experience. The biggest perk would have to be that the pool room and work out rooms are open 24 hours. The beds absolutely need to be changed though. We could feel the springs in the beds. Other than that everything was fabulous!

You could feel the springs in bed also location hard to navigate to due to poor outside lighting. I Also noticed above the bathroom I could hear water dripping on ceiling above me, which is probably why the place seems damp. Bottom line yes hotels .com a 2.5 star hotel but really .com members 4 outta possible 5.

This hotel is just off I-5. There are great restaurants within walking distance, not to mention great bars as well. The staff is very friendly, if you have any questions or just want extra pillows, they don't make you feel uncomfortable for asking for anything. 1 small issue is the internet access, it is wired.

This is a standard hotel room nothing fancy. However, the rooms are exceptionally clean as was the common areas. The pool temperature was comfortable warm with nice recliners to use if you chose to lounge. The pool is clean and the bathrooms are not too far (just in case you need to use the "facilities" urgently). The pool is perfect for most age ranges […] and a spa is available for adults. The breakfast bar variety is pretty standard (cereal, toast, bagels, juice, waffles, etc) The hotel is in close proximity to fast food, chain restaurants and walmart (should you choose to make something simple). My daughters recommend Jimmy Mac's roadhouse and their fresh rolls. The staff are really what makes this hotel shine. They are the most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered in a hotel. The breakfast room attendant was so cheery, friendly and helpful. She was always there if you needed anything (you didnt even need to ask as she anticipated your needs!). Read more

For example a twelve dollar toilet seat for the worn scratched old looking one, would have improved the room a lot. ALL the staff were very friendly and helpful. Indoor pool was open 24 hrs and at the most there was 6 people there! Free breakfast was basic ( waffles, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, bread, fruit, yogurt, muffins & danishes) but clean and well stocked! Room was comfy and clean. I would go back without a second thought!

this airport? hotel is good twenty minutes from Sea-Tac, hard to find. It needs a visit from the Quality Inn management to get this hotel to live up to its name. Breakfast was fin though
