I loved it. I stayed for about a week. The room was clean, the service was excellent, the staff very helpful and polite. English is a bit of a challenge but if you speak slowly you will get things done. The location was excellent. Close to public transport, Gangnam. If you feel adventurous I advice you get lost in the little side streets where you can find the best food Seoul has to offer at a great price. I definitely recommend this place.

This hotel was very comfortable and is located near one of the airports. The property is like a big park and very quiet, away from the main part of the city. The only downside is this property is not very close to the city center and must-see sights. They do have a shuttle to the closest subway however. If you're looking for comfort this is the right hotel. If you're looking for location this may not be for you.

I spent 4 nights at the Seoul Palace. I got a standard room, which I thought was an adequate and clean room at a fair price. I appreciate the close proximity to the subway station. Service wasn't great, but okay. Not much English spoken.

Literally 'Great East Gate', this is a popular shopping area with many upscale malls and the vast Dongdaemun Market, which takes up entire city blocks devoted to discounted clothes, accessories and household items. The area is also home to several universities, giving it a lively and youthful atmosphere.

the hotel location is good and that is the only good thing. Staff do not speak much English and were not helpful at all. Room were not clean and smell bad.

"Seoul Dongdaemun Hotel"
Location is very convenience, but inside is too bad, looks dirty, more poor than Taiwan's 2stars hotel. Staff can speak English, for budget traveler still ok.

Below average hotel, was a Best Western before, asked for non smoking room, but it smelled like smoke, front desk staff had minimal english, house keeping staff had zero english, free internet, good location very close to subway station, washroom had the worst soap ever!

2 Stars Hotel with 5 Stars Location. Though old and dim in the room, but who cares. You have subway station line 5 at the door step and so near to blocks and blocks of fashion wear / value whole saler shopping till 5am daily, local food stores.....low cost.....BEST LOCATION IN SEOUL !

地下鉄駅0分ということが最大の魅力。少し古臭さが目に付きますが、寝るだけなので問題なし。今回は2回目ですが、広い角部屋でよかったです。ホテルにコンビニが併設されているので、わざわざ出なくても良いのが便利。立地的に朝ごはんを食べる所が少ないのが難点。

"地點一流, 十分近地鐵站"
雖然酒店比較舊, 但很清潔, 服務都很好, 地點十分方便, 東大門地鐵站轉車去那裡去很方便, 十分滴滿意!

"安くて駅に近い"
電気の場所とか水の出し方とかちょっと分かりにくかったです。ただ日本語が通じるのですぐ電話して聞くことができました(^O^) ミリオレに近いかなと思っていたら横断歩道を渡って少し歩くので、足が疲れてる時は若干キツイかもです！ 明洞には乗り換えせずにすぐ行けたので便利でした！ 安く利便性を望むなら適してると思いますが、快適とは言えないですね

这家酒店交通还还算方便，地铁口就在离门口不远的地方，去哪里都很方便。但设施就实在是不敢恭维了，太旧了！

"東大門ホテル イン 韓国"
韓国語が読めなくて英語もあまり通じませんでしたが日本語での案内もあって空港からホテルまでのアクセスは問題なくまたかなり駅近で便利でした。キレイとは言いがたいですが寝るだけと考えればコストパフォーマンスもよく満足です。

地下鉄の目の前で、エレベーターもあり、荷物が多くても地下鉄が使えて便利。 ただ、窓に網戸がなく、蚊に悩まされた。11月だったがとても暑い日で、地下鉄もエアコンを入れる程だったのに、部屋のエアコンは暖房しか入らにとのことで、立地以外にはお勧めできないホテル。 夜中に廊下でケンカをしている客がいて、壁が薄かったのかうるさかった。 古さは安さで覚悟はしていたが、次回はないと思う。

11月3日～6日まで宿泊しました。 東大門ホテルの利用は３回目です。 毎度女２人の盛りだくさんの旅なのでホテルは寝るだけ、立地でこちらを選んでいます。 ホテルは古く綺麗とは言い難いですが、毎日ベットメイキングされているし、従業員の方も親切ですし気に入っています。ホテルの客層は中国人が多いような。 買付けか何かだと思いますが、大きな荷物を持った人の出入をよく見ます。ホテルから東大門駅に向かう途中にある靴下屋さんはタイツが安くてオススメです。 夜は東大門エリアで朝までショッピングという人には特にオススメです。

駅を出たら、本当に目の前にあるホテルです。 東大門の明けがたまで営業しているファッションビルや問屋街での深夜ショッピングをメインに考えている人や、早朝から銭湯感覚でチムジルバン（徒歩圏内に４つあります）に行きたい人には相当使い勝手の良いホテルです。 近所には、タッカンマリ通りやカムジャタン通り、焼き魚やさん通りなどもあります。 女性二人で泊まりましたが、お部屋はシングルベッドが２つあって大きなスーツケースを２つ開けっ放しにしても問題ないほどの広さでした。 ソウルで過去泊まったこの金額のホテルの中で、一番広くて清潔なホテルでした。 部屋の内装もラブホ風ではないし（笑） スタッフさんも、親切で質問にも丁寧に日本語で答えてくれました。 しかし、宿泊客は、韓国の方ばかりで、日本人には会いませ […] んでした。 気になったところといえば、毎回外出からもどると少々カビ臭さが・・・ しばらく部屋にいると気にならなくなる程度のものですが。 他の方が書かれているような、部屋の暗さは全ての電気をつければ全く気になりませんでした。 Read more

"立地だけ良い"
個人旅行でここに９月１７日～１９日宿泊しました。 金曜日土曜日はタクシーがつかまらないので、滞在を東大門にしたくて、こちらに決めました。 ３０９号室だったのですが、早速、洗面台の水が出ない！！ 韓国語も英語もあまり話せないので諦めて、歯を磨くのも手を洗うのもいちいちシャワーで過ごしました。 また、目の前で工事をしていたのですが、日本と違って夜中でも「ｶﾞｶﾞｶﾞｶﾞｶﾞｶﾞ…」うるさくて安眠はできませんでした。窓が小さく景色を見られる部屋ではなかったので、だったら工事現場の反対側の部屋にしてもらいたかったです。 バスタオルは１枚しかなく、更にタオルは滞在中、同じ物を使うシステムのようでした。 バスマットが無かったので、初日に１枚、タオルをバスマットとして使ってしまったので、２日目からは一緒に […] 行った子とバスタオルを使いまわしました…。 dootaやﾐﾘｵﾚには歩いて行けますが、道のりは、夜は薄暗く怖いです。 また、夜の早い時間でも、屋台の呼び込みが強引で大変でした。 駅の目の前ですし、タッカンマリ通りや広蔵市場には歩いて行けるし、dootaなどのファッションビルにも近いですので、立地はとても良いと思います。 値段が安いし、割り切って使えば便利なホテルですが、私はもう泊まらないと思います。 Read more
"東大門ホテル利便性がいい"
三泊しました。東大門駅の7番出口でてすぐ右手。入り口左右にコンビニとファストフード店があります。今回の観劇は忠武路だったので劇場まで歩いていけるのが大変良かったです。夜中になっても食事に困らないし白タクタクシーに掴まることもないので安心でした。部屋は少々暗い気もしますが寝るだけにしては広さもあり清潔に保たれていました。また、利用すると思います。

너무 싸고 위치가 너무 좋았어요. 하지만 이블이 좀 어떻게 해줬었으면 좋았어요 좀 오래되서 깨끗하는 느낌이 아예 없었어요

立地条件は 、申し分ありません。 しかし ホテルの中は臭く、部屋も暗く、掃除がゆきととかず２度と泊まりたくありません。

地下鉄の出口・東大門から近いのはとても便利で、歯ブラシ・歯磨き粉はあまり置いているホテルが少ないなか常備されているのは良かったです！GWに宿泊したからかは別として、深夜0時まで太鼓の音がずーーーーっと鳴り響いて全然寝れなかったです・・・。また、毛布も薄くてとても寒く、ストールを巻いてました。チェックアウト（ＡＭ７時ぐらい）をしようとしたらフロントに誰もいなく、そこで約10分も待ちました。隣のコンビニの店員さんに事情を話しなんとかなりましたが・・・。
"Just the location is OK"
The rooms are small, dim. It is unbelievable that I could not connect the wifi with my netbook. Staff wanted to help but their English is limited. Only one key that created a lot of inconvenience to me and my son. The location is fantastic, by the way.

部屋が暗い。毛布が１枚だけなので、寒い。掛け布団がほしい。タオルは洗濯されているが、古くなっている。 東大門駅の目の前なので、覚悟して利用すれば便利。
