I booked through Experia, I would never have stayed in a Holiday Inn Express, how did I end up there. The air was so loud it sounded like a 747 starting up in my room every 15 minutes, I didn't get any sleep.

Had fairly low expectations but the rooms were surprisingly modern with 40+ inch Vizio flat-screen TVs and modern-styled bedding. Front desk was very helpful with information and resources. Would recommend.

For a family of five with small children in town for the air-show the hotel was exactly what we needed, with a nice pool and spa. The (included) breakfast was surprisingly good in a fast-food style, and the room, bathroom etc generous in size, and well prepared.

I was not impressed with the surrounding neighborhood for this hotel. It overlooks the Motel 6, but the hotel itself was a very pleasant surprise. The lobby and rooms looked recently remodeled. In fact I commented to my husband that it was one of the nicest rooms we stayed in compared to the value of the hotel.

The hotel is fairly new, nicely decorated, clean and neat. We did not eat the complimentary breakfast, but it looked fine for a free meal. Our only complaints were (1) the ice machine on floors 2 & 3 were broken, and (2) the jacuzzi was lukewarm the the jets wouldn't turn on; they even sent out a maintenance man who couldn't get them to work. Not a bad hotel, to be honest, for the area it is a decent place. Had an issue on my last night when the room next door decided to throw and all night party. The reception tried to keep them quiet but as they were drunk and drugged up (yes, i could smell it) he had a problem from their attitude.
