This hotel has horrible customer service. The condition of this hotel was also horrible. The TV in my room slanted downward because the stand was broken. My sheets had a stain on them. The hotel restaurant looked poorly kept so I chose to eat off the property. The work out center smelled and the equipment was very outdated. I did not feel safe while […] staying at this hotel as there were several questionable maintenance workers coming into the work out center constantly filling up water bottles from the water cooler while I was working out. Really? Is this the only water cooler?? It is my assumption this is for guests. Hotel staff must have another one they can use?? The hot tub was being repaired and a horrible smell came from it's location. The condition of the hotel was not the worst part, however. The hotel management is also horrible. They are rude and provide terrible customer service. I do not recommend this hotel. I have never experienced such terrible service from hotel management. This is a very LOW CLASS hotel. Nice room, nice fixtures, awesome TV flat screen. Nice lights, everything worked. Booked a suite thinking it was going to be a nicer room, no it isn't nicer its worse, suite at this motel means 2 beds in the room and no couch or chairs. The standard king room includes one bed and a couch and/or a chair much nicer. Hotel management refused to move me […] to a standard room even without a discount. 12 cup coffee maker does a poor job at making small pot of coffee and provided coffee pouches are good for a about a 2 cups of coffee each, even with two coffee pouches and 4 cups of water the coffee barely tasted like coffee and only about 3 cups of coffee was produced. Breakfast was decent but get there early many items are not restocked. The on-site restaurant is rarely open. Pool area is still out of order. The Super-8 hotel next door is cheaper and almost the same level of amenities minus a few bells and whistles. Read more

Very disappointed in the condition of the room. There were cigarette burns in the duvet cover, the dresser drawer was broken and the microwave had melted cheese left inside. Also upsetting that the pool and spa were being serviced and not available for use.

hotel was nice and clean, location was ok but sometimes the planes that land at the small airport down the street would fly low and could easily be heard. overall a good hotel, plenty of parking, good breakfast.

Traveling with someone else. Both of us had terrible furniture in the room (desk chair was broken, coffee table damaged, chairs and sofas were old). Air conditioner broke during stay, had to switch rooms.

I needed a clean, safe and economical place to stay overnight for a business meeting and I was very satisfied. The staff was friendly and very accomodating; my room was switched without a question when I complained that my initial room had a heavy smell of cigarette smoke. The room was quiet despite the location on a busy highway.

We reserved this place last minute when coming into the city, stayed out of city center because it was so expensive, but this was too too far out. Some staff were nice but other were totally unhelpful (no new towels for 24 hours??). Many other places closer for less money and nicer.

My room looked like someone had been there, washed their hands and left. One of the towels appeared to be used. ALSO, my new flat screen television did not work properly. I contacted the front desk. They said that they would send someone. Over an hour later, I called the front desk and they told me to unplug the TV and plug it back in. It worked! Evidently […] they installed improperly. I first checked in, got to my room and the first thing i noticed was the heavy perfume smell. The second thing was my TV remote was missing and the third is the wifi did not work on the 5th floor. I asked to move my room but the hotel was booked due to high school graduation. When I went to go to bed I noticed the sheets were dirty and appeared as if […] someone shined their shows with black shoe polish with them. The next day I asked if they could move my room and they were able to accomodate. However the same heavy perfume smell (probably cleaning products) was still there. Hotel offers pretty basic breakfast, and shows as if they are favoring you by offering breakfast. Attitude of restaurant folks is very rude. Would not recommend others to stay there.

A good deal for the money except for the continental breakfast - it is not very good and the majority of selections were toast, toast, and more toast and brownish bananas. Cleary the hotel management was trying to cheap out here. The sushi restaurant was very good.

I was staying at this hotel because I was out to visit my boyfriend and for the price I paid (summer expedia discount) I had no complaints but I would not pay $90 a night (how much rooms were actually going for). The room was great, very spatious, and comfortable. Our remote for the tv did not work and when we asked for a new one they said they could […] not help us out and to use the side controls on the tv. The younger man at the front desk seemed very confused or new to the hotel every time I asked for information or surrounding sites to visit. The older man at the front desk at night was extremely rude to us both and when we came in late one night from a night out he asked me numerous questions and told me he did not think I actually was staying there. The only other concern is they advertise a pool and when I first arrived I noticed the pool was the size of a hot tube and did not look very clean. I was utterly surprise by the overall quality of this newly renovated hotel. It was a pleasure to be there. Very nice friendly Japanese restaurant in the hotel. Really big sushi and great Japanese classic cooking. The staff has a great sense of humor too.

I got a super deal on this hotel b/c they'd just remodeled and were under new ownership... This place was so nice, I couldn't believe it!! Everything about it was wonderful from the super friendly staff to the condition of the halls/elevator/rooms... I was a solo traveler (young woman) and felt very safe and comfortable while I was there and enjoyed […] visiting places in the surrounding area too (restaurants, movies, shops, etc) I will admit that I didn't try the breakfast (the pillows were too comfy for me to get down there by 9:00 on a vacation getaway!) and also the hot tub was closed while I was there. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and service was as I would expect of any hotel, good. I didn't have to deal with the staff a lot which is a good sign in and of itself. Check in and check out went very smoothly. I had left a couple items hainging in the closet and called them as soon as I realized it. My only complaints about my stay were the bed and the continental breakfast.
