Hotel was modern and updated. Very clean. The only negative was the hot tub was out of order, so we were very disappointed to discover that once we checked in. On a positive note, the bed was THE most comfortable bed I've ever slept in in a hotel! That alone almost made up for the lacking hot tub.

clean, clean, clean; excellent bed, Bkft was pretty standard but adequate. Clean pool, a little cool; Good value. Denny's Restaurant is just next door...but we went down the road to Rosy Tomorrow's and it was great; excellent menu, noisy, but obviously a local favorite and very good food.

Although at times it was a bit noisy from kids running around in the halls (but it was a long weekend so it's to be expected) the stay was perfect. It was an amazing deal on a great hotel room, I would stay again and I would recommend staying there to others

Our stay was fantastic - the staff was friendly, the hotel was impeccably clean and orderly - surprisingly modern and un-stuffy like most value hotels in its bracket. The breakfast was included in our rate and was great for what we payed for - eggs, sausage and make-your-own belgian waffles! It was a nice stay.Unfortunately, one of the lights next to the bed wasn't working and we found out too late in the day (night) to get it fixed. Wasn't the end of the world. Springhill is a solid hotel.

Recently updated, this location while a bit out-of-the-way is very nice. Used to live in Danbury and prefer this hotel over others. Caters mostly to business travelers so it is quiet. Did not avail ourselves of the breakfast buffet preferring a local much-loved diner.

Being a single dad with three children, it is always a challenge finding a hotel room for all of us and hotels rarely let you book two ajoining rooms with just one adult. I ended up on the sofa bed which was fairly comfortable. Extra sheets, blankets and a pillow were in the closet so no need to ask for them. Found the rooms to be cramped and oddly set up, beds were uncomfortable. Staff was nice, however not the hotels problem, found area businesses, gas and food, to not be very friendly and for those reasons would not return for future stays

Very clean hotel. Recently remodeled and they even touched up some paint while we were there. Typical lousy breakfast buffet, but we didn't expect better. Beds were very firm, slightly uncomfortable. Overall very clean and spacious.

This was truly a surprisingly wonderful hotel experience. I stayed for a weekend with my two sons, 11 & 8 in a 2 double bed suite. The rooms was spacious enough for their antics and appointed in just the right way with microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and hair dryer and separate room for me to escape to with a desk and a couch. The location was convenient. We stopped here while traveling through the area and ended up traveling the 10 minutes to the Danbury Fair Mall that evening. The hotel was clean and the room we stayed in (a 1 king bed suite) was roomy and comfortable. It was nice to have the mini fridge to toss our leftovers from dinner in. We checked in late and left early the next morning, but overall, it was a pleasant experience. We all slept soundly and comfortably. The only disappointment I had was that the pull-out bed was not pre-made since I made it clear that our two children would be with us. While the hotel was clean and nice, it did not suit our needs at all. The rooms were very small for suites. There was NO TABLE at which to eat - only a desk with one chair (even though the room will sleep 6!) Nice place to stay. Nice beast offering. Walls are a bit thin when it came to my neighbor's shower. I was glad that I was already up. Classic noisey A/C that wakes you up when it comes on but no worse than the A?C units of other places in this category.

the room itself was very nice and clean. i was meeting friends there and we were planning on getting a few drinks at the hotel while waiting for a cab to dinner. Not only was there no bar, but there are not any mini bars in the hotel. this was the only disapointing part of the stay.

Our room was very clean, nicely decorated, and reasonably priced. The front desk was very helpful in resolving a problem I was having with finding directions to an event we were attending. Close to stores and a pizza shop. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again if needed.

The Hotel was a bit hard to find in the dark. We missed our turn after taking the exit and ended back on the interstate. The hotel allows guests to party in the lobby and a large, loud group was having a pizza party there making it difficult for us to use the internet connection there, but we found the wireless worked in our quiet, spacious room even […] though the hotel indicated that it would not. Yes, the carpet might have needed a bit of cleaning. And it's not exactly on the interstate. But I was pleasantly surprised, and very pleased with my choice. Access to the Danbury Fair Mall is good. And if you go and have time, dinner at Chuck's steak house near the mall is worth the trip,

The room I was assigned had a smokey smell so I requested another room, it had the same oder. Also, the pool is in close proximity to the hotels entrance and main elevator. As a result there was lots of water in the hall every time I entered or exited the hotel, hazardous to say the least-TREAD CAREFULLY!!!

Upon arrival we made a specific floor and view request and we were very easily accomodated. The room was very clean, spacious and met all our demands. Central thermostat for room temperature is always great. The rooms were quiet and had a nice view.
