The only thing i really wanted to say was that the air conditioning wasn't as good as i would have liked it to have been. Didn't seem to cool down the room very good.

We needed a place to stay for our family overnight and this place was at a stopping point. Unfortunately the bathroom was so gross we needed a tetnus shot just to look at it. Pizza place that was recommended was excellent. Breakfast was ok but that bathroom needed a remodel or at least a cleaning!!!

The room was nice and the suite was spacious however the hotel was a little ran down. The grass was very high and the gate around the pool needed repair. But the staff was very polite and extremely helpful.

This is an older hotel that has not been kept up. There was trash all over the property, cigarette butts, paper, etc. that had not been picked up and did not get picked up while we were there. Pretty much got what we paid for. The location worked well for the event my friend and I participated in. The room had a refrigerator which was something we needed and the area had little road noise which is always nice when you need a good night's sleep.

The rooms were okay but only had hot water in the sink when you ran the shower first for 15 minutes. The room had roaches and spiders. The staff were friendly and nice

The room was filthy. Beds had hair on sheets and pillowcases. The bathtub looked grimy and, frankly, quite scary. I didn't dare walk in this room without shoes on. I didn't go to the pool as it was full of kids but after seeing the condition of the room, I don't think I would have gotten in it anyway. I was very comfortable in the king sized bed. It had four little pillows instead of two enormous ones. The quilted bedspread was so much better than those stiff cardboard/plastic spreads some hotels use. I was there to rest and was able to do that very easily with what they provided.

Would have preferred a king size bed but wasn't any available.The door to the room had to be slammed to lock. The door lock on the inside did not lock all the way. Had to go all the way to the other end of the building to get ice. Went in for the breakfast at 7 AM. wasn't any coffee made . Pricey for that type of hotel.

Ckeck in was fine, The personnel at the motel was nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom needed repaired, the shower had no curtain, you couldn't use the tub. After walking around in the room in my socks, they were black because the carpet was so dirty. I went to plug in the alarm clock and found the wall socket pulled out […] of the wall, which I did report to the office. The air conditioning unit was leaking water inside the room. I was there for three days and was never offered a different room. The breakfast was nice,but not as nice as the TV ad. I would not stay there on my next trip. I recently stayed at the Quality Inn Suites in Pilot Mountain, NC. I was very disappointed with this hotel. Check-in was easy and the front staff pleasant, however they advertised wi-fi which I needed for work and it was unavailable during my stay???????The room also was very uncomfortable and their were ants all over the counter next to the coffeepot. […] Bathtub/Shower very dirty also. Will never stay at this hotel again...By the way another customer was in the lobby complaining about his room and asked for another one and they would not accomodate him so he gave back his keycards and left. Also the people traveling with us had the same issues in their room and they were located on the 1st level in the corner and we were 2nd level and completely opposite sides. Read more

It is very tired property. The ceiling in the corridore is falling in, the room was dirty. The staff tried their best with what they had but we were very over-charged for such a sub-par hotel. We should have just driven the balance of the 2 hours home.
