Nice new hotel. They have hooked up for free day at a workout facility a few miles away. BEWARE the place is a dump, just nasty! I would recommend just use the hotels workout equipment which are very nice.

Throughly enjoyed everything about the SpringHill Suites in Grand Rapids. The clerk at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay most enjoyable especially considering it was 2:00 in the morning when we arrrived to check in. I will definitely stay there again.

Good service for the price compared to other hotels in the area. Room was a tad small but otherwise nothing to complain about. Great Location, walking distance of anything you need.

My sons, ages 2 and 1, loved this hotel. The sofa sleeper was perfect for them, and they loved the small pool (while I loved the hot tub). Lots of nearby restaurants and attractions.

The room was very clean, the shower was excellent - breakfast was as expected. Well worth the cost of the room.

I was pleased with the room, the disposable dishes, silverwear, coffee maker, microwave and little kitchenette were extremely convenient for our family. The pool was nice and warm enough for the children, the whirlpool was also a nice temperature. The floor plan of the room was well thought out. The complimentary breakfast was great. The only disappointment we experienced is that we were located next to the stairway and the patrons banged it throughout the night disturbing our sleep.

My daughter who traveled with me said that the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed she'd ever slept in. It was early winter and the room had a nice view of open country covered with snow, a freeway in the distance with cars going back and forth. The hotel is located near shopping and restaurants. It is on a quiet street somewhat removed from noisy traffic, with the result that our stay was very quiet.
