The hotel is in a good location. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Great breakfast included with price of room. The ocean view and beach access was wonderful.

on Sunday night there was lots of cruising around the hotel which I didn't like. That element was gone on Momday. A good thing. Jax Beach should block off some of the roads to prevent the cruising. Nothing dangerous but intimidating.

I had a great time. THe only thing is the hot tub could have been a little more cleaner other than that it was great.

Negatives: slow elevators and it wasn't even busy. Not all housekeeping staff spoke English well Mattress too firm Positives: Very good breakfast buffet. Front desk staff very friendly.

Rooms and hotel were exceptional. The overall facility was impeccable. Location of the hotel was perfect. The only negative experience was one of the three frontdesk personnel was less than friendly, and acted put out when I requested a new room key because mine was not working. Her less than professional manner was not a detriment to the other interactions that had transpired with the rest of the hotel staff, so most likely it was just a bad day for her. With the exception of that one person however, the hotel stay was fantastic.

Beautiful property directly on he ocean; very courteous and helpful staff; Within walking distance of everything; rooms were spacious and clean. This was a great find!

It is a little pricey, but definitely worth the money! Would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway from reality! Close to all beach amenities. Will be going again.

Beautiful view of the ocean. Room was clean when we got there, but we stayed 3 days and don't think they ever vacuumed. They didn't leave new soap, just left the half mushy bar that we had used, had to go ask for soap...not a very good sign.
