There appear to be some housekeeping issues. Our first room stank of urine with some undefined wet spot on the couch. Fridge was dripping wet as well. They changed our room immed. Room comfortable enuf but cld not get an Internet connection even after talking to the help desk. Iron barely got warm. Housekeeping did not put away ironing board and iron and bathroom wasn't cleaned that well. On the up side, breakfast was great and breakfast staff was fantastic! Bartender was super nice as well. Front desk staff very helpful. All in all, wld stay there again
Location.
On the beach in Jacksonville Beach (Beach Cities), Quality Suites Oceanfront is close to Adventure Landing. Additional area attractions include Mayo Clinic Florida and Windsor Parke Golf Club.

Quality Suites Oceanfront has an outdoor pool, a spa tub, and a fitness facility. The hotel features business amenities including a business center, small meeting rooms, and secretarial services. Had a great stay at this hotel! Very nice location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast and evening snacks are just okay . Overall is a very good hotel. Would stay here again.

"Nice but not clean"
This is probably the 4th time we've stayed at this hotel and before now have never had an issue. However at this visit housekeeping did an awful job cleaning up. Maybe they were in a hurry...I don't know. I just know between 2 clean towels was regular head hair. There was hair in the tub and on the edge of the tub (and I'm not talking hair from the […] top of your head either). I also noticed in the bed there was non-head hair there too. Uh, YUK!! I really like this hotel but next time I'll do a thorough search before hand and if I see any of that mess again, I'll be requesting housekeeping to come in again to reclean. For such a nice, perfect location type hotel this was not acceptable....but again, in the past I've been very pleased. Read more
"Shabby and not chic!"
This hotel feels as if a very large boistreous convention came to town and stayed for a year. Shabby and not chic is my impression. Please redecorate and freshen up an otherwise very good property on the ocean!

The hotel is in a good location. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Great breakfast included with price of room. The ocean view and beach access was wonderful.
