Place is nice. Very close to Legoland. Shopping center and restaurants across the streets. There is a TGIF right next to it. Free breakfast is good, considering that it's free. My only issue is that the housekeeper does not even bother to knock before coming in. It happened twice in one day. First time freaked me out a bit because I was with my daughter. Someone was trying to get it but couldnt because the latch was on while we were sleeping. Second time was around 10 am. Same thing happened again. I peeked through the peephole and saw the houskeeper's cart moving away.

The hotel was great. Awesome location, quick cab to everything. Service was great, the staff was very friendly. Just the rooms were too small. But other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

For the exorbitant cost, I was shocked. Looked nothing like it's picture, grounds not maintained, lacked landscaping (lots of hard dirt). Room was clean if dated and old. Courtyard consisted of plastic chairs you pick up at Home Depot.

We are accustomed to staying at our Time-Share, however, it was not available for the Temecula Mud Run weekend. Most hotels in Temecula were booked and the only thing available were the more expensive places in both Temecula and Murrieta. Enjoy staying at this hotel. Lots of improvements have been made, but the continental breakfast is lousy! Needed TP and the person who cleaned the room didn't leave it. Had to ask for it from Manager. Nice people, but improvements need to be made in service of rooms.

We had a good time in Fallbrook. Its a nice quiet little community. The bed was excellent. The shower had flowing water, not much force. Parking was easy for one car. The breakfast was awful. The motel has potential to be a great Boutique property. The front desk area and clerk needs updating. The rooms are big but out dated decor ex: they still have bedspreads - yuk. THis is not a hotel it is a motel the picture on the website is not what you recieve. The amenities posted were not available. There weren't even mattress bad covers on the beds, if there was a continental breakfast who knows were they had it.. They do not use fitted sheetsonly flat that barely fit so you wake up on that digusting mattress. Staff was […] rude and not helpful, barely spoke english. Read more

For the money you pay, it's worth it. However, it is 45min from San Diego and an hour from LA. The free breakfast is not all it's cracked up to be.

Other than the temperature of the room (cold), and heater didn't work, it is a great place to stay. The value is amazing and people friendly. Staff is not knowledgable regarding surrounding areas but provided maps. Breakfast was a treat, and well done. Heating the rooms would enhance this choice.

Doorknobs missing on chest of drawers - No hair dryer - No show/tub just a shower curtain over an area, really strange - coffee pot did not work, had old coffee bag in it, tried to clean it and make coffee, it did not drip into the pot just stayed in the top of the coffee maker - heater did not work, only blew out cool air

the room was filthy. the bed had no sheet just a mattress cover and a top sheet. only 1 towel in the room. Light fixtures were broken. No Soap in bathroom. very very overpriced for what we received. Will never stay here again and would not recommend this to anyone

The staff on hand was friendly. we arrived around 10>00 pm and they were waiting for us. we checked in with no problem. Our only complaint is they have to ice or soda machines. That was hard on us as we werent feeling well and really wanted a coloa. the room was very clean and neat

The room was clean, however, the refrigerator didn't work, the towels were very ruff, our sink in the restroom and kitchenette were backed up. We had to brush our teeth in the bathtub. They left 1/2 a roll of toilet paper in the room, so we had to go ask for another roll in the morning (very inconvenient).
