Airport Hotel Okecie - Warsaw

Great location, free wifi and shuttle service. excellent breakfast too. My room faced the window and the traffic was too noisy, so they moved me and then my room was too close to construction, and they happily moved me again. very nice staff--they called cabs for me too and had good maps of the city.

Overall met our needs. Was in Warsaw for 2 days. Needed to be close to the airport the day we flew out and didn't want to change hotels. Easy access to old town by bus. Helpful hotel staff. Good breakfast and good price.

We were very impressed with our stay at Airport Hotel Okecie. Our room was spacious, quiet, and very clean. The full breakfast had a huge variety of offerings. We were well rested and ready for our long flight home. We appreciated having the complimentary shuttle service take us to the airport.

Nice, fine place. Nuisance items: Hotel.com review said the had sauna/jacuzzi - but did not mention it was by reservation only and paid admission. Also, the "wireless in every room" only works in the hallways at best. Trouble hitting it in the lounge and couldn't get it at all in the rooms. Otherwise a fine, nice place. Friendly help.

I stayed here for a single night between flights. The hotel is close to the airport, has a shuttle taking you to the Airport in the morning and a cab ride away from the center of town. The hotel is modern with a breakfast buffet and helpful staff.

I needed a hotel for a 12 hour layover at Warsaw's airport. This hotel was clean out front, very hip progressive business attitude checking in with clean cut and efficient service, and walking to the room cool pictures of old-time Polish aviation industry heroes and heroines on the wall. A bit stale air in the hallway had me doubting for a moment, but […] inside the room it was fresh and clean, with free wifi to check e-mail, very comfortable cotton duvet, and a chocolate on each pillow. I enjoyed the moderately well-equipped hotel gym, which could use a bit of attention to the bicycles but was otherwise great for a long workout with treadmill, fitness bike, universal machine, bench with bar, curl bar, plates, dumbells and fitness mats. I did not try the restaurant or bar but on the way from the workout I could see it was being enjoyed by at least 10 patrons. The hotel is about 1 km from the airport, maybe a little less, but there was no jet noise or partier noise so I could crack my window and enjoy the crisp air, and had a quiet and restful sleep. I left early so was unable to enjoy the 6 AM breakfast - it was a full breakfast and smelled heavenly as they just getting ready to open. Though it is not a downtown location to access the city, but when traveling or on business on this side of town, I will definitely stay again some day again. Read more

Absolutely fantastic hotel with a friendly & knowledgeable staff. Free airport shuttle bus and delicious buffet breakfast was a great bonus. Room was spacious & spotless clean. Just a 15 minute bus ride (from right outside the hotel) into Warsaw's Old Town. Will definitely stay here again!

Very nice place, I highly recommend it for the traveller who wants to be near the airport. Not a good tourist hotel for walking to nice areas of Warsaw but that was not my purpose; I wanted a good hotel near the airport with free shuttle service. The major drawback of the hotel was the woman who was called away from her afternoon snack or dinner by her colleague to check us in. While her colleagues were all very pleasant, this woman -- long dark hair and quite tall -- was grumpy and sullen and tried to tell me that a child on a hotel booking is only an infant. My son is 13 and I filled in his […] age when I made the booking, and he didn't come back as an adult. In any case, it would have had no bearing on the price of the room, as far as I can tell. The only other drawback was that the room was too hot and we couldn't turn down the heat. We got around that hitch by turning off the heat. I was travelling with just my son and we stayed at this hotel because we had a flight at 6:05 am the next day. The hotel provides a shuttle starting at 5 am. We were at the airport at 5:05 and had gone through security by 5:15. Warsaw's airport is IN the city. from the airport you can catch the 175 bus to the center of the city. Bus passes cost ridiculously little and you can get them at the airport in the newspaper/magazine shop. A three-day pass which lets you use all the busses and trams and trains you want cost me 16 zlotys and my son, 8 zlotys (see? he is a kid.).You stick the ticket in the machine on the bus when you first use one, and it's good for three days after that. One-day tickets are valid for 24 hours and cost less than 5 zlotys. Read more

The hotel itself was very lovely and the hotel room was clean and comfortable, with modern features. We enjoyed going to the bar on one of the upper floors in the evening. They have a free shuttle to the airport. We only stayed one night, so I don't know whether the location is close to places you would want to visit in Warsaw.

I was impressed with a boxed lunch provided when my airport shuttle service at 5:00 am was prior to when the free breakfast buffet was offered beginning at 6:00 am. One would expect from this hotel (with this name) to have a shuttle to the airport. They have it only until 1 PM. After this you are on your own. They also did not have a map for the city at the front desk.

This is a hotel convenient to Warsaw airport and the one I use most on visits there - several times per annum. It is generally quiet and comfortable. It is notable that it is taking some steps to shave costs and the standard is going down a bit but still OK. I will look at other options in the future

Well, i stayed there overnight and it is really close to the airport (4-5 by taxi, 20 min by walking). They got FREE shuttle-bus from the airport to the hotel and from the Hotel to the Airport but... nobody at the airport, including official information kiosk, knows where the shuttle bus stop is. So, i had to take a taxi which cost me 16 zl which is […] about $5 (not bad comparing to Toronto or NY cabs). Hotel is nice with small rooms but very cozy. I had a room at 7th floor with nice view. Restautant on the Ground Floor was nice - i recommend to try a traditional polish dish called Tartar which was AMAZING and cost about $9.
