Loved the overall experience of the hotel. The room was spotless and the service was prompt and excellent. The security measures at the property was reassuring. The view of the Arabian sea from the room added to the charm. The best part of the stay was the sumptuous breakfast. This was included in our room rate. Don't miss it for anything. Wish we could have stayed for a few more days.

You could not find a better hotel for service in Mumbai in my opinion (even better than the other Taj near India Gate). From the moment you check in, to your final exit through the double doors, everything was well taken care of and thought of. The managers at breakfast made me feel very special, by introducing me to the different types of Indian breakfasts from the various regions in India. I arrived at the hotel at 1.30am and even then, the staff were attentive and very accommodating. The only downside was that the hydro spa was being refurbished so was unavailable during August. Food and drink is pricey, but you get quality and thus do not object.

The Taj Lands End was great. Very clean, great service, helpful staff. But if you are visiting Mumbai and looking for a hotel in the city, this is not the place. The gateway to India is about a 40 minute taxi ride. The hotel is not within walking distance of bars and restaurants, though good food is available in the hotel (at the high rate you would expect at a Taj). For us it was great, but we were spending our time all over the great Mumbai area and the taj Lands End seemed to be a good launching place and is relatively close to the airport.

Au nord de la ville avec un accès facile à tous les quartiers. Un endroit au calme avec une vue magnifique sur la mar d'Oman. La piscine est également très appréciable. Un peu loin néanmoins de Colaba (la pointe sud) ...
