"At the airport"
I cannot express how helpful the staff was with every request that we made from the desk to the gentleman that drove the shuttle and did more than would be required. We were in transit from Paris France to Pensacola Florida. Fortunately for us there was no connecting flight without a long wait so we decided to stay here. I had stayed here once before […] and it was so pleasant to be there between planes. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Excellent, well run hotel."
Located right in the airport, we had all the amenities needed to prepare for our early morning flight. The staff at the front door and desk were very helpful. The wait staff in the sports bar were fun and very friendly with my kids. And the rooms were excellent. This would have been a great review on the location alone, but everything else was very […] very nice. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"SUCH COMFORTABLE BEDS"
We had such a great stay. Hotel staff was great at getting us checked in quickly and off to our room after our late flight in! Breakfast was not free but the buffet was worth the price. The staff got us acquainted with the rail system and had us getting around town with confidence even though it was our first time with public transportation - saved […] us SO much money. And at the end of each day we enjoyed the comfortable beds. The hotel room was very clean so we rested well knowing that we weren't in a nasty hotel. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Convenient location, friendly service"
We decided to stay at the OHare Hilton rather than the usual downtown choices while visiting our daughter recently. The value was hard to pass up and it was certainly convenient as we arrived late Friday night! Our room was spotless and quiet. the beds were very comfortable and we slept extremely well. We will definitely stay again!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Ohare's only hotel"
Overall, OK. Could have been better if wifi was available in the room. The room rate is high enough to include free wifi. The coffee in the room was good but the cream was old and contaminated. Looks like the coffee creamer was not changed for a long time.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
It was an excellent stay. The hotel is very convenient to the hotel. You just walk over and you are there. It is also very quiet. You cannot hear the plane at all.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
aWe rode the mega bus up to Chicago, then took the Clinton Blue line stop to O'hare. We arrive at O'hare and signs tell us which way to Hilton. With it connected you don't have to go outside. We were at the Hilton at 8 in the morning and they let us check in right then just for a $25 early check in fee. The rooms are Nice with a really comfy king size […] bed and a leisure leather chair. Bathroom was Nice as well and everything was spotless clean. We checked out the next day and they held out bags for us untill that Night when we needed them for a Night flight. Very cool. This is the best hotel for convenience too with the Blue line connected to the airport to get you wherever you want to go in Chicago in a flash! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

We stayed a but close to the elevator and were there for two nights. Both nights were really disruptive with the noise from the elevators, noise from the staff, and noise from guest. I would not stay there again.Genuine Expedia guest review
I walked to my terminal. Yes it's in the middle of the airport, still slept like a baby.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Only there for one night to go to a concert so did not use amenities. Great because it was right at the airport and close to the subway. Would recommend this to anyone!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Go the extra mile!"
My wife has feather allergies to name but one but when we asked the hotel to de-feather the room they went the extra mile and put us in the allergy room. Floors were wood curtains wood and special allergy air cleaner in room. It was lovely.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"hotel and staff rock"
Our third time staying here. It's not Dana, but better than most in town hotels. The hotel, staff, and gym are awesome. Avoid the restaurants...cough up the $5 train fare into Chicago, have an awesome meal, and save at least $100 for a party of two. .Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Everything was excellent, except fot the floor next to bed was wet.Genuine Expedia guest review
Reserved a hypoallergenic room, with hardwood floors and curtains. Although it is located right next to the airport, I slept soundly and did not hear jet engines all night. I ordered room service for breakfast, it was delivered quickly and delicious.... Coffee was excellent. I would definitely stay again and refer friends.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Excellent Hotel except..."
The Hilton hotels are one of the best hotels I have ever seen , but one thing that I consistently find to annoy me is the attitude of the staff at the front desk. It looks like you need to meet a certain level of classy sophistication for you to be treated without arrogance or dismissive tones . Its not like they say anything wrong or don't give you […] all the information that you ask for, but its the attitude that they throw and the tone they speak in which spoils the rest of the memory of my stay. The guy who check us in, spoke with absolute politeness with a classy dressed lady ahead of us and then us who were in casuals since we were checking after coming from a long journey somehow did not meet his standards of being spoken to politely but instead seem to get some kind of attitude . I don't know I did something wrong or was I not dressed appropriately to be recieved with respect and politeness as the other customers. But I understand that I pay equally for the service which is a hundred and thirty dollars for a night for a room. The rest of the staff is always very polite. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
What a terrible experience. I only needed a room to change for a wedding, everything else was booked. The service was thoughtless, preoccupied and unfeeling. What a terrible experience. I had just ended a wonderful cross country driving trip. They tried to hustle us for $80 valet parking. And they have the Chicago police department ready to tow you […] if you take too long to make up your mind. The wedding was great, I couldn't get away from this hotel fast enough. The room was clean and comfortable although very pricey. Hotel staff was average. Toiletry bottles were half full so we wondered if they were used by the previous guest. "Professional hotel attached to airport"
We stayed in this hotel just one night, as we had a long layover in Chicago, before continuing our trip home to Boston. It was great to get off the plane late at night and just walk through the airport, to the hotel. I have stayed at this hotel many times as I am passing through Chicago but this time I was meeting friends downtown and they were the closest hotel to downtown and the EL.Great people I highly recommend this propertyGenuine Hotels.com guest review
No breakfast. $20 to work out. An hour from the city. Not very attentive. I went 3 stars instead of 2 because I knew that it was in the airport but I was hoping that the service would be better. "Total Convenience in Style"
My husband and I had an early morning flight out of O'Hare. After some research, I booked the Hiton in O'Hare. It was a 2 minute walk from the hotel to bag drop at American Airlines! The hotel was not only convenient, it was a lovely place to stay. There were 2 restaurants, one with a nightclub, a minibar in the room and the bed was super comfortable. "nickel and diming"
Hilton is all about nickel and diming you. They charge you taxes on top of ridiculous fees. There's no sense in being a Hilton Honors member--it's not like you get any perks, just more fees. The hotel is outdated at best. We stayed for the convenience of an early flight but with so many other choices of hotels with free airport shuttles, it's simple […] not worth it to stay here, especially with the poor customer service and the dirty rooms (hairs in the shower, underneath allegedly clean folded towels).
