"Too much for too little"
Amazed I didn't have to pay to sneeze. Chose this hotel because I had an early flight. Proximity to airport is only plus. Highly over priced wifi. Snacks in gift shop - $4.95 for small bag of popcorn. Desk staff quasi-friendly - concierge - not even quasiGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Overall, everything was great. For us, the location adjacent to the airport was perfect. We didn't think we should have to pay extra to use the gym ($25 per person per day) and the overnight parking fee was very high. The breakfast buffet and restaurant service were excellent.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Mediocre room in perfect location with snarky desk"
The person who checked my daughter and me in spoke so rapidly we had to ask her three times to repeat what she had said. She then retorted "I am speaking slowly!" We pointed out that if that were true to our ears (the guests) we wouldn't have had to point it out. God Help the non-English speaker who stays here. We had trouble getting to the hotel on […] our return as the exit is not well-marked from the highway. We drove in circles for an hour without seeing a sign and the one we did see led to a dead end. Then it was spring time change night and the room alarm clock was a manual reset one that would not be reset until the following day which made us very unsure about whether we were ontime for our flight. It would have been a nice touch for the hotel to hand out a card to guests on that day explaining the time change and what time it will really be when the room clock says a certain thing until it is reset by housekeeping staff. They could offer to send housekeeping staff to the room at time of checkin to make the change then. We handled it but again - God help the non-English speaker who arrives from abroad from a country that doesn't have daylight savings time and has to catch a flight the next morning after losing an hour overnight! Thankfully the wakeup service (automated) functioned correctly with the new daylight savings time. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hard To Reach"
I thought my experience would be much different. It took forever to find the HIlton inside of O'Hare. There are no easy signs to give an idea of where to go. Also, the room amenities weren't up to par. We couldn't use the fridge since it was zip tied and full of other stuff. We also wanted to order pizza from Pizza Hut but we couldn't since the hotel […] was only contracted to maybe four other restaurants. Wasn't worth it. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Best place for an early a.m. flight. No stress!"
Worth paying more to stay right in the airport, especially with an early a.m. flight. No stress!Genuine Expedia guest review

"Location, location, location"
Great choice if you need to overnight near the airport and don't want to brave the cold, windy weather, or snow. We took a taxi to nearby Gibsons for dinner so were outside only briefly, which was perfect. Hotel attached to the terminal itself was a real draw.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Don't choose just because of location"
I booked this hotel because of the proximity to the airport for the last day of my trip (after flying in from New York and early flight out to Tokyo). After navigating the train between terminals, the underground walk ways and escalators I came to the conclusion that the hotel location was not as big a factor as I had first thought. Previous stays […] in hotels nearby using shuttle bus transport had actually been easier - admittedly you have to figure the pickup location, which door & process but worth it to get access to better quality and value for money options offered by hotels nearby. This hotel is not bad, but it is old and the restaurants are expensive, as you would expect - but the steak restaurant was really disappointing for the price. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"great place to stay at Airport"
stayed in hotel cause flying out next morning out of ohare, i would stay at there again in the futureGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Convenient with great restaurant amenities"
Very nice hotel. Enjoyed restaurants & piano bar in the evening. Bell service was great upon arrival but poor in the morning trying to get to our terminal on time for our departing flight. Waited until we had to walk a block in 20 degree weather without jackets to our terminal!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Beware the hidden costs."
A nice enough place, I guess. Be aware the internet is a stiff $16 per day and the work out facility a ghastly $20 per use. Staff could have been more accomodating and responsive. I think the airport Hilton "expects" the travelers to be on a company budget without a care. Not so. The arrogance shows in the details.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Clean room, quiet and most importantly so convenient to the airport.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel...too short of a stay"
Having the hotel at the airport was a very pleasant convenience. Due to weather and airport delays we spent very little time in our room which was a disappointment.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Very expensive restaurants and small rooms."
Room was OK but they wouldn't give us a cot for the youngest boy, and the room was probably too small anyway. Restaurants were ridiculously expensive! Obviously, convenience is the only reason to stay. We had an early AM flight that ended up being very late.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Great location if you're flying out of O'Hare"
My neighbor was noisy....he was downright loud and it went right through the locked connecting door. The room was cold so I turned up the heat...the heat was noisy but it helped. It was a small room and tiny bathroom, but it got the job done. I truly hate Lodgenet but can easily survive it. Check in was slow as there were just 2 people at the front […] desk. The clerk was nice...perhaps a bit too nice...He kept calling me buddy. The cleaning people in the hall communicate with each other by shouting down the hall. That is a bit annoying, but they were very pleasant otherwise. I think the best thing about the hotel is that you can walk through the tunnels to your terminal for your flight. No need to wait for a hotel shuttle. The food was fair in the restaurants. I had a small dinner and then breakfast. The coffee maker in the room was pretty much on the fritz but since I don't really care for American coffee, I was not too upset. The bed was quite comfortable but to this day, I've never found a good hotel pillow. All in all, I would stay there again if I was flying out of O'Hare and wanted to be close. You don't get any closer than that. Oh yeah...I needed a place to ship some stuff and there is a UPS store in the lower lobby...Perfect. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Hilton needs to clarify the "no noise claim""
One of the comments made by the Hilton website is that since the hotel is not on a runway, the plane noise is very limited. We heard loud jet engines all night long.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Most convenient hotel for a stay at O'Hare"
We needed to stay overnight at O'hare due to bad weather. This hotel is right in the center of O'Hare airport and perfectly convenient. You don't even need to go outside to get to the airpot - it's connect underground to the terminals. Hotel was very comfortable with excellent staff. It made our stay at O'Hare relaxed and enjoyable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Avoid this type of king room !"
After having a wonderful stay at this Hilton last month, I booked again at the same hotel for a recent visit. Though the room was big enough for one person, it was a weird room. It NEVER felt warm and welcoming. The Pergo floor was cold and noisy. The temperature near the windows was easily 15 degrees colder than in the middle of the room. The blinds […] provided some atmosphere, but br-r-r-r, there was so much air coming through windows that the blinds were cold to the touch. I normally keep my thermostat at home set at 60 degrees. I truthfully had to set this room's thermostat at 75 degrees to make sitting in the chair tolerable. I know that I sound like a whiner, but I'd suggest warming guests that this "entertainment" king room wasn't very entertaining for me. It might be great for a party check in, but not for an overnight after a very stressful three day visit to my hometown. I wanted and needed a metaphoric hug from my room and received an icy reception instead. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Good hotel for the travelers."
This hotel is connected to O'Hare airport and is so convenient for early morning flights. The restaurant and bar area are very lively at any time of night. There are handy terminals to pre-print your boarding passing. (Be sure to have your passport with you.) The rooms are comfortable and quiet with room darkening curtains. Many staff speak other languages […] which helps at check-in for foreign travelers. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
