For a late arrival or early departure this place is perfect. Rooms are quiet, well-furnished and quite pleasing. Walk to terminal takes just minutes. If your stay is scheduled around complex air travel (as mine was) this is absolutely the place. Meanwhile, a touch of physical needs (broken hook on back of bathroom door -- no big deal) and new carpet […] down the road (it's way better than very good, but not 4 Seasons) -- so: this is not the Taj. It is an above average Hilton in the perfect place. No car needed. Great shower. Pool broken during my stay, but I didn't have time anyway... Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Stay in hotel one night in a business trip, nice hotel, the only thing is that the internet in the room is not free, you have to pay $17 per dayGenuine Expedia guest review
"Just for a bed. In and out."
Arrived late flight. A little hike to the hotel, but the beds were comfortable, and quiet room.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Close to O'Hare but that's about it."
While the Main Lobby Level of the hotel was very pleasant, the rooms lacked in many areas. The bathrooms were very cramped, several items on the room service menu were not available any longer, and the service on the television was not steady.Genuine Expedia guest review
Response by Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport Thank you for your comments about our hotel on Trip Advisor. We are sorry that we fell short of your expectations in some areas in our product and services provided. This is not typical of the standards we strive to maintain and we assure you that we take your feedback seriously and will make every effort for improvement where feasible. We hope you will allow us another opportunity to welcome you back and serve you in the future. Sincerely, Anna Falco Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport
"Convenient Location, Dirty and A/C didn't work"
I stayed here because I had back-to-back flights and it made the most sense. I first found out that the rooms don't have wifi, only the lobby. It's $17 extra if you want it in your room. My A/C didn't work, and I opened the window and it likely hadn't been opened in a while and it was lined with dust. My hands were dirty after opening it because it […] was so filthy. One of the towels I used had lipstick all over it -- it seemed like they just found a dry towel and re-used it on the next guest. Overall, I felt the room was dirty and I was so hot because of the A/C issue. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Response by Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport We are very sorry to read the comments you posted about your hotel experience here on Expedia. The condition of your guest room was inexcusable and not typical of the standards of cleanliness we strive to maintain. Be assured that this is being addressed with our Housekeeping management so that immediate action for improvement is taken. With regards to the A/C not working, our hotel is on a two pipe system and can either be on heat or on A/C, but not both at the same time. With weather temperatures recently fluctuating from very cold to a quick warm up, and then back down again, it's difficult to switch the hotel from heat mode to A/C and then back to heat in a short amount of time. We make every effort to adjust the temperature at an average degree that is comfortable for most based on the outside temperature. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused to you because of this . We hope that you will allow us another opportunity to welcome you back in the future. Sincerely, Anna Falco Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport
"Grumpy Staff and Stuffy Room"
Not sure if it was the long winter or what, but the staff with one exception was grumpy and helpful only when pushed. The room was clean and well appointed, but it was stuffy and the heating/AC system would not allow me to turn on a fan. Overall, the convenience of being at the airport already for an early flight would get me to stay here again, but […] it certainly is the the Hilton service I usually receive. Response by Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport Dear Devi: Please accept our sincere apologies for the poor impression you received in not being properly welcomed by our team. This is certainly not the service culture we continually emphasize to our team and strive to maintain, and it will be addressed accordingly. Also, with the current outside temperatures fluctuating from cold to warm, it is difficult to adjust the hotel to be on heat or A/C. We are on a two pipe system and it cannot be set on both at the same time. We do make every effort to set the temperature at what is comfortable for most, based on outside temperatures. We are very sorry for any discomfort caused to you because of this. We look for ward to another opportunity to welcome you back and serve you in the true Hilton manner that you would come to expect. Sincerely, Anna Falco Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport
"Nice hotel within O'Hare airport."
I stayed at this hotel on my way back from Europe. I was pleased with the hotel except for a call from the reception at 12.35AM asking my if I was the person who checked inn. I did check inn with my valid photo ID and credit card. Needless to say, my sleep wasn't as good after that middle of the night phone call.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Want to be nickeled and dimed to death?"
Hilton asks for exorbitant fee to use their sub-par workout facilities (POOL WAS OUT OF SERVICE AND THE WORKOUT ROOM WAS LITERALLY 100 DEGREES DUE TO BROKEN THERMOSTAT). Additionally, they charge a fee for internet access in your room. Sure, there's room service, but Hilton quietly charges you more $$$ in 3 (yes 3!) ways: They add on 1. a flat % 2. […] sales tax 3. a flat fee on top of the menu price. Why? Because they can. They know that someone else is probably footing the bill for your business trip and that you won't notice or care that they are RIPPING OFF their "guests" at every opportunity. WHAT A RACKETt!!! This is a poor choice for the individual traveler. Business owners who are typically footing the bill should beware! Point out that you're aware of their intention to SQUEEZE YOU DRY. Other nearby hotels which are just as convenient have excellent, high quality facilities and don't try this kind of garbage. I know this because I had friends staying nearby. I mentioned my displeasure to the desk clerk and was given complimentary internet and half off to use the gym, but really it's the PRINCIPAL of the thing. She made some excuse about how things are different when a hotel is on airport property, but that had NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. This is typical of the HILTON BRAND. There is an excellent NPR news article about how and why "high end" hotels rip off their customers...and I experienced it first hand at this Hilton. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

less than 5 minutes from your room to the security line at ORD. Its more expensive than other airport hotels but it is the only one that is actually connected to the airport.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Convenient, yet confined by logistics and prices"
While convenient for the stay necessary, The O[Hare Hilton has a "captive" guest population. The charge of another $20 to use exercise facilities is ludicrous. I'm sure many succumb (I did not) as where else would one run around an airport? Also, the coffee shop/convenience store doubled the prices one normally would pay for Starbuck's coffee...my alternative […] was to walk into the arrivals luggage claim of Terminal One and buy my dark roast Tall...it can be done! Valet parking was very pricey as well....again captive audience of guest and cars Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
I stayed in this hotel after a 24 hours trip from India. The room was was exactly what I needed after such a long trip. The room was beautiful, excellent service, everything perfect. They even made me a special gluten free dinner. The In room service is a little bit pricey comparing to othres, but all in all a great hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

You can't beat the convenience. If you are in terminals 1, 2 or 3 it's an easy walk underground to the airport. Less than 5 minutes. The hotel has many ammenities including two great restaurants. Rooms are a little pricey.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Completely unalbe to control the room temperature. Either freezing or roasting - no in between. Very drafty windows. Hair in the bathroom. Not what one expects from a Hilton.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good basic accomondTions"
I frequently stay here for business. It seems some rooms are much nicer than others. All are clean and functional. Some are basic. Some are downright nice. The fitness facility is lovely. The room service pizza was the best I have ever had via room service, admittedly a low bar. Hilton honors members get free water and fitness access, but when I told […] them what I really wanted was free wifi, they did that for me. Kudos. They could let this place slide, as the convenience is so great that people would stay there anyway. They do not. Kudos for that too. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Hotel was next to airport, loved that part! Room was very niceGenuine Hotels.com guest review
I flew into O'Hare for a conference. There is an indoor pathway from the airport to the hotel making it extremely convenient. The hotel is well-kept. I did not have need to explore Chicago, as the conference was in the hotel as well, so I'm not sure how convenient it would be for people going to and from the city.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"great fraternity stop on way to spring break"
very quick checkin, helpful service, so convenient to O'Hare term 2/3Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I would rate the hotel ok, the room are kind of dated and the bathroom are extremely small. The front desk made me feel like a vagrant. At the sports bar I enjoyed (sarcasm engaged) a $17 burger and 3 beers that came to a total of $61.88 . I hope I never see that place again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Response by Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport Dear Brian: We have read your comments about our hotel on Hotels.com and are very sorry for the manner in which you were welcomed by our front desk. Extending top service for each of our guests is very important to us and what the success of our business is all about and we feel badly for falling short of your expectations in that regard. We are sharing your comments with the appropriate management as well as your comments on the food prices. We strive to be competitive with other hotel restaurants of our same caliber in our area. We hope that you will reconsider and allow us another opportunity to serve you better in the future. Sincerely, Anna Falco Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport

"One night stay in Chicago."
Getting to this hotel is a bit interesting. I had a rented car, so I returned the car, and the shuttle took me back to the terminal. Not sure how a POV would work out. I was a little disappointed that I could not find a seat at the bar, crowded each time I went down for a beer. I ended up eating in the restaurant. Dinner for one was 75$+, pretty steep. Otherwise, […] accommodations were nice, room was clean, elevators were very fast. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Convenient, clean, and quiet"
Could not believe how quiet a hotel on the grounds of O'Hare airport could be. Decor is a little dated, but showed up tired and in need of a rest and found it. The service was great and the hotel could not be more convenient. Never heard a plane.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Not what I expected"
Due to an expected 6" of snow and an 8:00 AM flight, I decided it was best to stay at the airport. The staff was very friendly, but that's where the pleasant experienced stopped. Between the hours of 2-3 AM, there was some kind of sound coming from inside one of the walls....sounded like pipes banging together. As this was not constant, I did not feel […] the need to alert the front desk. However, after it persisted intermittently, I contacted the front desk. I was offered another room, but as it was already 3 AM and I needed to be up at 5:00, it didn't make sense to pack everything up and relocate for two more hours. Apparently, Hilton thought they had done their due diligence as I was charged the entire room rate for the evening. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
