This hotel gives you many extras you would not expect in a room for that rate. It was well updated and generally clean, although the indoor pool did need some work.

Exactly what you would expect for a Sleep Inn. It was clean with a friendly front desk staff. The room was basic but comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was great with waffles, sausage, eggs and many other choices. Our only complaint was that there were no towels for the pool during our stay. They were all in the "dirty" basket.

"Good Hotel but Beds Need New Mattresses"

Except for the lumpy mattresses the hotel was fine. I was told that the hotel is going to replace all the mattresses.

The hotel is nice and seems to be relatively new. The price was fantastic, especially given the nice breakfast bar. The hotel also had an exercise room and pool (I think). The room was very nice, although I thought it could be cleaner. I found quite a few hairs that were not mine in the bathroom.

The hotel was neat, new, attractive, clean. Breakfast was good, but tables don't match like a puzzle to set them up together for larger groups. Great place for the price. It was our 1st time and we were very pleased.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and well appointed. Our room was very nice, with many ammenities ususally found in more expensive hotels. It is very conveniently located, and an easy drive to several area attractions, including Charles Town, WV; Sharpsburg, MD and Antietem Battlefield; and Harpers Ferry, WV. I will definitely stay here again when travelling through the area or when visiting the area's historic sites.

I read the reviews and some were mixed, so I MISTAKENLY tried this hotel.Not clean,the room was dirty, the pool was FULL of hair hotel staff not helpful, after I told them I cleaned the pool for them the nasty lady at the desk went to see if it was dirty,(I already skimmed it!) THEY RUN OUT OF HOT WATER ALL THE TIME!!!! GO ONLY IF YOU HAVE TOO!!

Stayed 2x at this hotel, once headed south, again on return trip. First stay was so enjoyable, we made it a point to stop here again. Excellent value, exceptional clean & well maintained. Friendly staff (for the most part). Indoor pool, exercise room, free wifi access as well as business center. Breakfast of hot waffles, sausage & eggs as well as the usual continental offerings. Right off the highway. Highly recommend this hotel. One negative - hall way smelled of smoke.

Although we requested a non-smoking room with two double beds, when we got to the hotel the desk clerk tried to put us in a room with a king-sized bed - for two adults and a 12-year old. She eventually got us a room with two double beds, but it was a smoking room. I was irritated, but too tired to complain.

This hotel has clean, comfortable rooms. The pool and exercise room are great, and the breakfast bar is kept clean and well stocked. Great deal and a quiet stay.

The Sleep Inn & Suites is staffed by very friendly and helpful employees. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Plus, there is the bonus of an indoor pool which my son completely enjoyed. I would highly recommend this hotel for its pricing, convenience and amenities.

Not only was this close to the highway and easy to find, but the room was clean, had a desk, microwave, fridge and wireless internet. The breakfast was a variety of baked goods, eggs, bacon, waffles, juice, coffee with flavored creamers, etc. Even the tables and chairs were much nicer than we expected. Oh, they also had a heated pool. Definitely more value for your buck. I only wish we hadn't been passing through so we could have spent more time enjoying our stay.
