Nice hotel located on the pier where the cruise ships dock. Only about two blocks away from Duval street. Beware of the $ 15.00 resort fee that is charged at check out.

Not pleased it didn't have pool service such as a bar. Also no room service. When asked about making a reservation to a restaurant the front desk person chose just to give us the number, instead of offering to call and make reservation for us.

Great location. This is a time share so typical hotel services are not there and the housekeeping kept coming into the rooms unannounced. Almost got a show! Other than that it's a great spot.

Expensive small room that was increadibly noisy. Garbadge trucks at 5am and housekeeping rolling carts on their wood hallways at 7:30am. Hotel staff opened a connecting door one evening while we were in bed waking us up as well. For the money you can stay at one of the many historic B&B's and have a much better experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful and are second to none. Very relaxing and pleasant stay. The staff at the Hyatt were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Hotel was conviently located to downtown. However, our room was not as expected. The bathroom was dirty and a screw fell out of one of the washcloths when we unrolled it! The entire suite had a strange smell to it and the sheets were gross! This place is fantastic! It's actually a timeshare where folks can sell off their week, so the room that we had was equipped with a full kitchen... in talking to a "Local" we kinda got an upgrade and normally would have had a mini fridge/microwave like a regular hotel "suite". One thing that I didn't catch (though i'm sure it's in the fine print) is […] that there was a "resort fee" that they hit you with at the end of your stay. I hesitated in spending the extra money for this hotel but it was worth it from every angle. It was unbelievably close to Duval Street and Mallory Square...essentially everything you need. The hotel was beautiful, pool was immaculate, and the view of the harbor was stunning from our room. It took until after 3:00 for someone to clean our room. We were given a balance when checking out when we were payed in full telling us that there is a fee for the use of a gril (and we didn't even have a place for a grill)and wi-fi even though we didn't even know that they even had these things especially when most people don't bring food with them […] to cook when they go somewhere for two nights to get away. These are things that should be told to you up front. The hot tub and pool where very dirty and we like our hot tub hot but this one was rediculous it was actually burning when you got in it. Also the ladies at the front desk need to take a lesson on how to talk to people when they walk in and not be so rude to them. Don't expect too much from this hotel. Even though it is a Hyatt hotel, for some reason this hotel doesn't have food service and the cable was very basic. The location of this facility is perfect. It is within walking distance of all of the fun activities in old Key West. The pool area is lovely & there are plenty of chairs. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit that was roomy and comfortable. This Hyatt is in a very convenient location, near Mallory Square, museums, and nightlife. However, it is not really a hotel, but a time share. The property is not on the beach, but has a pool. There is no bar or restaurant on site, although the studio had a small fridge and microwave. We had a mix or studio, 1 BR, and 2 BR in our group. Studios are […] VERY small, with barely room to walk around the end of the king bed. The larger one bedroom has a small bath and a good sized kitchen area with a full size fridge. The 2 bedroom is basically a studio and a one bedroom combined. All room types have small (maybe 22 inch) TVs. We paid a high price for the rooms, so expectations were high. Not so much... We, like numerous other guest,s had trouble with the key cards--- 8 cards traded in during a single day for one room. Not only did our cards not work, but the office, housekeeping, and managers could not get in. Only maintenance could open the doors. The staff was very helpful in recommending sights, activities, and restaurants. We will not stay here again as we did not feel it was worth the price. Another note-- parking is very expensive and may not even be available. We overheard the front desk giving the bad news to other guests, who were shocked to find they would need to park several blocks away. Read more

While we had a problem with the first room that we were given, the hotel (which is a time share location) quickly give us an upgraded room. We went from a studio to a one bedroom with a nice kitchen and a pool view. Great location for walking to all Duval and waterfront locations. We walked to everything! Overall we enjoyed the hotel...great location! Only slight downside was the cruise ships that docked by the hotel everyday....but not a big negative. We did not eat at the hotel so can't comment on that aspect. Location relative to Mallory Square and Duval Street is ideal. Room was clean and comfortable; staff friendly, pool area was really nice.

Watch the check in time. I missed the fact the check in time was 4:00, so I walked the streets for a few hours. They did get me in around 2:30 or so, but it put a major damperon any activities for that day. Otherwise, Nice room right next to the pool, very noisy though...

We booked this condo 2 months in advance, we were told it was a 1-bedroom, with living room, kitchen & balcony---what we go was a regular hotel room in the back. I complained to the hotel clerk & she was very rude & basically called me a liar. The room was old, the bathroom tile was chipped, it was noisy, there was only 1 mug for coffee, no condiments, […] the pillows were hard as rocks. When I checked out the same rude hotel clerk just glared at me, did not ask me how was my stay? This hotel should NOT carry a Hyatt name---it is far from the luxury I usually enjoy at a Hyatt. This Hyatt will meet your basic needs in the way a 2 or 3 Star hotel would. The location is great but the rooms, amenities and service is less than inspiring. Simply put, we would not book there again.

The rooms were large and clean. The grounds were really very pretty, and the hotel is close to the main drags of Duval Street and Mallory Square. The only drawback was the hotel's proximity to the cruise ship docks.

Hotel was situated in perfect location, just few metres from the docks and most popular streets. But keep in mind Key West is place where people go party and drink a lot, so Duval street is very annoying place in the evening. Our room was very tiny and the carpet was wet in front of the bathroom when we arrived, and I understand it's a high-season but […] I would never again pay such high prices for that kind of room. For bigger family rooms price could have been ok. Good that they fixed the carpet for next day (we stayed only 2 nights). Overall feelings a bit mixed, maybe the best thing in Key West was the drive there, not the place itself. It was not sophisticated, but main thing seemed for people was just to get drunk. La spiaggia più vicina è quella nel parco di Fort Zachary, facilmente raggiungibile in bicicletta.
