    no room cleaning on the weekend, no coffee in room, had coffee pot but had to buy coffee from vending machine, Office did not open until 8am and closed at 8am. I will not stay there again.

    Not updated and not very clean, however the staff was friendly. my boyfriend left behind his watch in the room and I was certain we would never see it again but, it was turned in and returned to us. You won't find that everywhere.

    It was low budget but not the worst. I was worried about the dope smoking pimp downstairs and the questionable characters in the parking lot working on their oil leaking autos.     The first room I checked into smelled like a old bar with cigarette smoke. The other room they gave was cleaner but the bathroom sink cabinet was rotting out and u need to have directions on how to run the shower. Turn the handle five times not six or four times or all you get is cold water.     I thought it was going to be comfortable, but it wasn't. We could not even turn the ac on high and in Texas, that is BIG! Rooms need to be updated. Overall for a one night stay, I give 3 out of 5 stars.

    Don't do it... For the same price you can do much better. Did not appear very clean. Bathroom needed repair. Toilet ran every three minutes until I turned off water. They gave another person the key to my room who tried to get in at midnight. Noisy... Worst night sleep ever.

    The frist room was reeking of smoke and for a non-smoker that is offensive. The floor was filthy and the toilet was sticky. The 2nd room had at least 6 refrigerators in the room and the mattresses were on their side. The 3rd room was barely passable and if the air conditioner was on, smoke came into the room.     Two small roaches in the sink....dirty washcloths left over from previous guest hanging over the shower curtain...front office person directed me to the wrong side of the building when I asked where my room was...safety lock would not engage...peep hole was a foot over my head...overall it felt very dirty and unsafe. I will NEVER stay there again.

    As soon as I showed my reservation papers to get my room, the women told me there were no rooms available. She offered me to go to another Sun Suites Hotel. I didn't want to since it was getting dark and bad weather. I ended up taking an old room that wasn't clean. The beds were undone, no towels, dirty towels were all over the floor in the shower. […] I asked for clean towels and toilet paper which I got an hour later. This is the second time this happened to me. It seems the hotels don't like resevations thru Hotels.Com because it's a cheaper price. I would like to know where can I file a complaint. Read more

    This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. The service is poor an the people who work there is rude. My family came in late that night an when they got to the hotel. The key to my children room would not work and there was no one in the office. If u need a hotel bypass this one please.

    It's like a halfway house. Cockroaches along with dirty towels and bedding. Did not stay and then fought to get a refund since I purchased a package through Expedia.

    There was nobody there to check me in or even answer the phone after hours. IT seems after 8pm the front desk person goes home and noone answers the call. if you are planning on a late check in it would be best to call ahead and verify if someone would be on duty

    I have never seen anything like this in my life, the stink was so bad....look like someone been laying in the bed already. The clerk give me three rooms to look at and they all were horriable, so I will never recommend this place not even a dog can stay here....

    Soap and bathroom tissue was rationed here. Very stingy here. Don't stay too long here otherwise go out and buy own supplies. Oh and they now have a policy of charging for clean replacement towels.

    We were treated with rudeness at the desk. When we requested the channel of the major TV stations, we were told "we don't get CBS". Wrong. The request for a wake-up call didn't result in a call. The bathroom had a crumbling cabinet (flooded?). The bed was awful. The usual "full" kitchen lacked pots or cooking utensils or coffee materials. The non-smoking […] room smelled of smoke.     The price may be cheap but so is the room! The room is extremely tiny and the rooms are not kept up as far as maintenance. You can hear every noise outside and in neighboring rooms.
