The front desk clerk was very nice. My stay was fair, the only downfall was waking up at 4am in the morning by the ”weekly tenants” who were outside arguing very loudly

I was pleasantly surprised by the value. Hot breakfast was included. Very fast good wi-fi was included. Coupons for free wine and beer in three hotel restaurant watering-holes were provided. Room is a standard hotel room with plenty of space. Extras like microwave, fridge, ironing board, and a real desk with rolling chair were present. Shampoos, soaps, and lotions and plenty of linens were presented. Only issue was those people using their free drink coupons got very happy and loud much of the night both nights. It didn't ruin my day or night. Life is life.

The Lookaway Inn was a great spot on our stay in N. Augusta, SC for a concert in Augusta, GA. The staff was very friendly, in particular Sammy, who was there during check-in and check-out. He gave us a tour of the beautiful main building and gave us some of the history of the home. Our room was spacious and spotless. The beds were very comfortable. We didn't want for anything. They have a beautiful courtyard that would be very nice in pleasant weather. The Inn was also very close to downtown Augusta, GA (much more so than the chain hotels out on I-20) but felt 'safer' than venues down around Broad Street. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Two items to be aware of: the TV's are small but they are HD so we found them very easy to watch. The floors are all hardwoods so if anyone is walking above you with shoes on you'll hear them. This was a wonderful place to stay!

The breakfast service staff was wonderful. The ladies were very attentive, helpful, and friendly. Our room was clean and very comfortable with spacious bathroom area.

Awesome rooms, very clean and staff was very helpful and nice. I actually left a bag with new clothes and accessories in the room; I called them and housekeeping had found it and I was able to get it fed ex to me. GREAT hotel.... Parking was hard to fine when coming in late, but hotel was close to everything,

We stayed one night as a stop over for the Mistletoe triathlon. Room was huge with two queen beds and pull out sofa. Plenty of space to keep 4 bikes in room without any problems. We left early for the tri and breakfast was already out and available. Highly recommend.

I recently stayed the night at the Hampton Inn in West Augusta and it was a great hotel. The entire property was extremely clean and updated. The room was very clean and large. The staff, food, and coffee were exceptional. I will be staying here again and at Hamptons in general. Highly Highly recommend.

Perfect spot to stay in if you are attending the Masters. They also offer shuttle for those attending the tournament. Nice place as well that is close to most restaurants.

Biggest disappoint: was in a non-smoking room but the floor was NOT a non-smoking floor. Smoke seeped under the door all night, to the point where I had to stuff a towel underneath the door both nights. Secondly, the airport lost my luggage and did deliver it to the hotel, and when the luggage arrived, the front desk did not offer to bring it up to […] my room.
