Nice hotel property, decent executive lounge and nice breakfast spread. Maybe priced a bit high for the property overall, but it's nice. Good - Reachable by airport shuttle. Terrible - appetizer in the downstairs bar (buffalo shrimp flatbread). Downright awful, gross. Ate most of it because I was hungry, shouldn't have. Yuck

the room was nice, the bed was comfy, and it was outstanding for the price per night. i wouldn't recommend the restaurant inside the hotel however, it was pricey. we got the "breakfast buffet" which had everything on it, but it was over $30 for my husband and I to have it, and our waiter never came back to fill our drinks or ask how we were doing. the hotel itself is great! and the front desk staff was VERY friendly and helpful.

Ideal location and shuttled to Midway - the very nicest of all the hotels in close proximity. Room was excellent with HD flatscreen TV, very luxurious bathroom, very spaceous. TGIF right in the same parking lot but we went to the hotel restaurant with was a big surprise - great service, high end sports bar menu - delicious food and great environment with boxing theme - also an adjecent bar but we did not go to.

It was everything we expected. The free shuttle to the airport was on time and very efficient. The beds were top quality. Would stay there again!!!!!

This was the closest we could get to the United Center on such short notice. No where near downtown, but it was an easy drive (even for a concert night!) The hotel was great. More than we expected. We would definitely stay there again. This is a must stay if you're flying in/out of Midway.

The shuttle service to / from the airport and to the "L" was prompt and convenient. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The comforter and pillows were wonderful (I wish I could take them home!).

The hotel has outstanding service, very comfortable rooms, and a very convenient Starbucks off of the lobby. The paid Internet in the room was not working properly, but i was not charged for it.

Very nice hotel in a very convenient location close to Chicago MDW. The shuttle was very convenient, little waiting. The room was clean, well furnished and the bed super.

The price seemed a little high only because of the location. But from the minute we entered the hotel we where extremely satisfied with the appearance and comfort we experienced.

The front desk was very courteous, rooms are very nice hall and lobby beautiful! But I thought it was extremely rediculous to charge $10 to park our own car in your parking lot at the price we are already paying.

This customer service was really bad. I reserved a room for family members during an unexpected family crisis. I used my credit card to reserve the room. The room I had reserved about 5pm; was not there when my family arrived later that evening. When I reserved the room, the clerk made up the keys, gave me a room number, and I gave the clerk a family member name who would be staying there. Just happen to be up when they arrived; but there was no room waiting for them. They had to give them another room which wasn't what I reserved. Mgmt didn't nothing to settle this matter. I'd recommend not staying in this hotel.

Great Service! Best I have experienced. Great service to get to the L - Line from Midway and the starbucks was awesome. Other than that a great stay.

We were satisfied with the hotel itself and room but the location was way too far from the city with an unreliable 24-hour free shuttle service to the airport. We were late to reservations and meeting friends on 2 different occasions because the shuttle "didn't get the message" that we were waiting outside of our hotel and/or airport. Also for the price of the rooms, at least a continental breakfast could be provided instead of a $13 breakfast buffet per person.
