The room is very clean and tidy. People are very nice and helpful. Just located the opposite side of a big mall. Definitely would come again if travel to Montana. I would also recommend to my friends.

This hotel appears to be "older" but my room was VERY clean. There is no elevator for people who might be handicapped. There are no refrigerators in room. Location is great -- close to mall w/movie theater, places to eat -- within walking distance and right off the interstate. Overall, this is a great place to stay overnite.

I thought this would be a modern Super 8, which it definitely is not. Nice people, but the building is old, poor insulation between rooms, shower gets really hot at times-could be dangerous to young kids. No pool or hot tub. Good breakfast and the price are the two upsides. I wish I could be more positive.

This place was well worn and pretty austere. The biggest disappointment was the bed. The hotel industry version of queen size and not comfortable. Breakfast isn't worth the time. Hotel staff was nice but couldn't access their wi-fi and no one could help me (never had that problems elsewhere. To their credit, they do have a "business center" which provided […] access to a computer. Don't think I would go back; there has to be something better out there for the price. Read more

We got a reservation with Super8 because they accepted pets but when checking in we found that did not include cats. Will phone next time to see what the pet policy is. Dogs--but not cats? Crazy!

This is the most shop worn Motel 8 we have ever stayed at. I'm crossing this chain off my list. the room smelled of some sort of spray to cover what ever odor was there in the first place. Everything about the place showed major signs of wear and lots of tear. Our room was in the back next to an enterance where people stood and talked loudly by our window as they smoked during the evening and night. Bikers were tuning up there motorcycles and reving them late into the evening very close to our window as well. The Super 8 was convenient enough to find and we could see it from the freeway exit. The hotel was booked full when we arrived. Not thrilled to have to carry a load of suitcases up a flight of stairs but we parked close enough that it was not so bad. As expected there were paper thin walls and we could hear people talking in their normal voices from […] the room next door. Fortunately they did not stay up too late. The accommodations were adequate. The main complaint, (beyond the bed issue), was trying to control the heat/fan/cooling system. Plus the system was rather noisy. Breakfast was good, and breakfast help/greeter was very personable.

Hotel location was pretty far from the downtown area, but travel does not take long with a personal vehicle and/or rental. There is construction on Harrison, but did not slow things down too much at the times we were there. There were buses available for this event. Amenities were good and as posted. Only down side is the shampoo, bring your own.

The hotel assistant was rude and sarcastic. The rooms were dirty and smelled. The place was old (around the 70's decor) and not clean. We had to wipe off our sheets before we could sleep. I would not recommend to anyone.
