"A Dump...Rent it by the hour..."

The rates on this hotel should be half of the going rates for competitors in the area. The hotel & parking lots were dark & dingy...no elevators to the second levels...the towels were old, small and nearly worn out...no breakfast service like the competitors nearby included.

The hotel staff started to run the vaccum at 8:00 am on Saturday morning waking us from our sleep. Other than that everything was fine.

"Needs a lot of improvement."

Rooms were small for a week long stay. There was an odor in the hotel hallway, and in the room. The odor smelled of damp mildew or mold. The AC unit left the floor around it, and eventually the rest of teh room, damp. Carpet edging along wall coming apart.

"Friendly service"

Hotel staff very courteous and friendly. Room was very clean. There was a little moldy smell at times, I think it was the rug but it was extremely muggy outside and we didn't run the AC at all when we were out of the room. I will definitely stay there again. Most reasonably priced hotel in the area.

Small, simple hotel with basic need's, near airport and other city destinations. Not a four season's, but I would highly recomend for business travlers, and people not wanting to spend a great deal of money
