The hotel was nice, but the actual rooms weren't all that great and for a couple the beds being pushed together with nothing keeping them together was awful. We often fell through the middle. The staff was really nice and the breakfast was simple but very good. This hotel is only about 10-12 min walk from the train station and right near all the action […] of Lucerne. Noise is a big problem in hotels in Europe due to closeness of others. At night things calmed down somewhat, but there was a flood light that went on anytime someone would wlak into the local area. The light obiously balstd into our room about 4 times at night. The price for the hotel was a it steep--Switzerland is not a cheap place. Excellent staff and wonderful courtesy breakfast as well as free internet. Right outside the window you can see Lake Lucern and the Swiss Alps. Very convenient to the train station as well.

It was overcast when we were in Lucerne, so we never got to see the mountain. Room was an easy 10 minute walk from train station or right on the bus route. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was included and a good variety of Suisse food.

This was a perfect hotel for a weekend away with a friend. The location was perfect. The restaurant was pretty good with excellent desserts. The breakfast was filling and very fresh with a wide variety. The rooms were extremely clean, although not plush, but still comfortable and cozy. Overall a great hotel.

The hotel is brilliantly located and the service from the lovely girls at reception was second to none. The rooms are a bit dated, with some quite old furniture and decor, but they were clean, comfortable and fine for a night or 2.

Everything was excellent, except the fans in the rooms, which were very small. There is no air conditioning , so on hot days it was very uncomfortable.

hi I end up booking this hotel at the last moment due to no availability of hotels in this high tourist season for my Suisse honeymoon. Below is the feedback about the hotel Favorables 1. Excellent location right in the heart of the city near to restaurants, pubs, old town, casino, train station and sea port. Every place is walking distance. 2. […] Bus stop is just outside the hotel gate and next to that is a big mall to do shopping for anything at coops store. 3. 10mins by train to mount Pilatus and 47mins by train to Engleburg for mount Titlis saving lot of travel time and money. 4. Good breakfast included in the stay. 5. Good english speaking staff members who are v helpful. 5. Nice clean toilets including excellent shower, hair drier which can make women spend lot of time in bathroom only. Odds 1. Rooms are too small. Does not give you pleasure for the high amount you pay per night. 2. None of the Bathrooms in the entire hotel has ventilator working which means that after you use bathroom, you need to keep the door shut else your entire room will stink with bad smell. But this is manageable and hotel is working to ratify the problem. 3. Everything is chargeable including the toothpaste in the hotel which should ideally be free. 4. one needs to ask for everything. There is no concept of customer service and making customer comfortable in the hotel. But thats Suisse experience! Overall, its good value for money considering the excellent location of the hotel. You may save lot of time and money on travelling. Read more

Freundlicher Empfang, unkompliziertes Check-in, saubere moderne Zimmer, tolle Lage. Frühstücksbuffet ist einfach, hat von allem etwas und das Brot ist frisch. Das Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen. Ich würde hier wieder übernachten.

It takes bus to hotel from station and not very easy to find. But when you go back to train station, it is very convenient becasue train station just downstair at your hotel. Next to hotel, there is a mall and supermarket, you can buy anything you like

Lage ziemlich zentral. Zimmer zur Straße sollte man im Sommer vermeiden. Bei geöffnetem Fenster ist der Straßenlärm ziemlich störend. Parkieren zum Ausladen ist ein Problem. Es gibt keinen Halteplatz vor dem Hotel. Ansonsten alles o.k..Personal hilfsbereit, freies W-Lan im ganzen Haus, Frühstück reichhaltig.

Zentrale Lage, Bahnhof,Altstadt, See sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar: Bushaltestelle zum Bahnhof direkt vor dem Haus. Freundliches und hilfreiches Personal an der Rezeption, saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Es war einangenehmer Aufenthalt und ich würde wiederkommen.

Das Hotel liegt nahe von allen guten Lokalitäten sowie der Altstadt. Zu Fuss ist alles schnell und gut erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeit ist optimal unmittelbar neben dem Hotel in einem Parkhaus mit unbeschränkter Ein- und Ausfahrt wärend 24 Std. Einfahrts-Ticket ist an der Hotelreception zu aktualisieren.

위치적으로 호수 및 기차역과 가까워 나쁘지는 않으나, 더운 날씨에도 에어컨이 없고, 선풍기 마저도 고장난 상태였음. 객실 바닥은 먼지 가 많아 뭉쳐있기도 하구요. 단순히 잠만 잔다면 모르나 에어컨도 없는 형편없은 호텔은 처음보는 경험이었음. 조식은 컨티넨탈로 심플하고 나름 먹을만 함. 커피는 좋았음.
