Days Inn Daytona Beach Downtown - Daytona Beach

People were very nice that worked there however the hotel itself was not so nice. The mattress was stained and disgusting, there was a hole in the bathroom door that looked like someone kicked it in, the bathtub was badly stained, the towels were awful and one had blood stain on it, the front office smells like curry as soon as you open the door it […] smacks you in the face, elevators are locked off so they cannot be used, walls are very thin and you can hear those in rooms next to you, fabric on the furniture was torn. This place needs a serious upgrade and cleaning! Oh and the "continental breakfast" wow, it consisted of a bag of white bread, a toaster, some butter, milk, orange juice, stale coffee, 2 kinds of cereal in a dispensor that crushes it as it comes out, and off brand honey buns and it is impossible to eat anywhere there but your room because the office is so small where the breakfast is that there are 3 very small bistro tables each with 2 chairs and a small couch. I was not at all impressed with this place. The only good thing I can say about it is that the staff was incredibly kind and friendly, and the check in / out process was a breeze not even 5 minutes. Very near the bridge to Daytona Beach. But there are children living on the property and in the morning they were waiting for the school bus in the lobby area making it impossible to get a cup of coffee.

It was alright until it started raining because it was leaking when we came back from out to eat and the guy tried to put us in a room that was dirty and asked me did we put a bucket on the floor to catch the rain..they didn't give us any new towels until we switched rooms, no breakfast was served and the pool wasn't clean.

Gross. Gross. Gross. We paid $100/night and our room wreaked of cigarette smoke, stains and holes in the bedding (good thing we brought our own), the tub had a hole the size of a tennis ball that was COVERED UP BY DUCK-TAPE!! The hotel room was clean and was just enough for my one night stay. It was an amazing rate for the quality of the room. The only problem I had was with the Manager. She was very snappy and spoke to me with a very condescending tone.

Hotel staff was unbelievably helpful and friendly. The facilities were quite modest but well maintained and very clean. I would stay there again. I visited with my wife and three children. The hotel is about a 10 minute ride to the beach. I would definitely recommend this place if for nothing else, the service!!

Older hotel, very private during the week (no customers). On the weekend full and no place to park. Appear to be an inexpensive get away for college students and the like. Work being done to rooms. Not a bad place to stay for for the price. Was put in smoking room and as a none smoker, I could definitely tell.

This is an older hotel where you hand right your registration but it was clean and the AC was ice cold. Needs some cosmetic fixes but the room was comfortable and clean. It was a good value for the price.

Staff was not friendly! Excellent rate, free wifi, typical breakfast. I would stay here again, due to the rate. The room initially smelled as though it had been a smoking room recently, yet the linens were clean and smelled fresh.

The hotel was ok but the check-in was old-fashioned (hand-written registration card). My main complaints about the room are around the poor quality of towels, no tissue paper in the vanity, no cream or napkins with the coffee service, and the air conditioner was loud and didn't work very well.

The hotel was right on US 1. The main drag for Biketoberfest. The only downside is I was only there from the 10th of October till the 14th because of family obligation. Family sure know how to spoil your good time.

I chose this hotel because it was the closest one to the Jackie Robinson Baseball Stadium in Downtown Daytona. It was a typical Days Inn. I as lucky to get one on the few rooms with more than one window. I had a nice view of a small park next door.

I had a good stay at this hotel. My only complaint was the bed was hard. But thats just cause I like a soft bed. The desk attendant was friendly both in the evening and morning when i checked in and out. The pool was clean. The room was clean and had everything in it I needed.

This is a well kept Motel. At the time of our stay It was very quiet and pleasent. it was being repainted outside and parking lot lights installed. The room had been repainted, new carpet and even appeared to have new mattresses. The owners were very friendly . We had a problem with the remote and they took care of it fast.
