Except for the toilet that shot water all over the bathroom floor when we flushed and the loud guests cavorting in the parking lot, it was fine. Pretty much what we expected. Except for the sopping wet socks.

Older hotel with some modern upgrades. Thin walls, so lots of noise from adjacent rooms. You get what you pay for....so spend the extra money if you want a nicer experience.

The sheets were dirty upon arrival but were replaced. I would of expected the attendant to redo the bed but no such offer. The floors were dirty with food under the table. For the rate charged, I suggest you stay at one of the many other options available in the area even if they were more money.

This place is not a palace but it is great for an overnight beach and shopping trip. I took my 3 daughters to the beach on Friday, then went to dinner and headed to the hotel around 10pm. We were up early in the am to go shopping by 9 so I couldn't see spending $100+ to just sleep! The pool was "closed for repairs", there was a 1/4 inch gap around our door, the fan didn't work (which prevented the needed 'white noise'), the walls were not well insulated so the screaming child and the mother yelling at the child was heard throughout several rooms, the breakfast is muffins/bagels and juice or coffee (the second night there the hot […] water for tea was out of order), the shower would have been great if I were only 5'4" tall - any taller than that and you need to do a back bend. The staff was kind, but the quality of the hotel was severely lacking, especially for a RAMADA INN. Next time I'll go to the Motel 6 down the road. Read more

The location was convenient to downtown and the Performance Athletics Center. The rooms were what you would expect for a hotel with this star rating. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. Parking was a little tricky if you got back to the room too late. The manager lacked customer service skills and couldn't accommodate simple requests such […] as a noon check-out instead of 11am. He also almost kept my friend waiting outside at 4 am when he didn't want to give her a room key that had been left for her at the front. The staff was really friendly and this hotel is close to downtown/campus, but the room itself was not very nice for the price. There was a stain on the sheets...gross. And most of the furniture looked like they picked it up off of the street. Not a comfortable stay.

The staff was great!!!! The room had everything you could need from a fridge, micro, coffee pot, an iron to the contenental breakfast. The only thing missing was a quality bed and a good pillow. We must say however that the value was there! We would stay again.

Nice hotel for the price. The TV was great and the room was spacious. The complimentary breakfast was very poor. Just bagels with butter and juice or coffee.

It was a no frills - the complimentary breakfast was a joke - we went for a walk and got Breakfast elsewhere. The people at the desk were friendly - looked like a family owned business. The shower head was low for me (I'm 5'9") but no major complaints.

Very limited breakfast. The room we were in looked like the bathroom was half painted. The bed was comfortable after getting over the lumpy mattress. Service was great and very nice.

Everything in the room was very dated. I expected some newer amenities. The advertising was misleading in that it stated 'newly remodeled'. Nothing about our room was new. The service was fair. I took this hotel because the pictures on line are beautiful and they are "supposed" to be pet friendly. The manager that we met late upon arriving was very argumentative. He didn't want our truck on the property because it was toooo big. It is a truck. We had valuable merchandise in the back because we are antique dealers who brought items over so […] we could work on our space in the store in Cambria. We parked inside anyways and ignored him which is sad. Then he said he only let us stay in certain rooms due to our small dog. What is that about. No place for the dog to urinate or eliminate. My goodness. We will never stay at this hotel again. We will tell everyone. The rooms are very sad...towel rack was falling out, towel bar had been moved and the patching was never painted, the door to the bathroom was hanging on cracked wood, and it the room needed repair in general. The hotel was very shabby, not very well maintained, marginally clean (bordering on dirty), and overall not a pleasant place to stay. The electrical outlets barely worked (they were off-center and things plugged in fell out several times), the lighting was dim, the TV's were antiquated, small, with poor picture quality,and positioned too far away. Management should spend the night in their own Inn to see what kind of service that paying customers are provided. Also, they should check the room too see that everything in the room functions correctly. I couldn't even turn the faucet to take a shower. Shower handle needed a good amount of strength to operate. Pool not worth mentioning, size of a jaccuzy. Room safe not operational therefore useless. Lights in room very low, can't really see in the vanity sinks, whihc is a probably when you need to get ready. Toilet was not working properly, but was fixed the following day.
