We were really pleased that we had chosen this hotel. It was clean, fully staffed, comfortable and had a lovely pool area. Bargain of the year, I've stayed in hotels costing three times as much that were nowhere near as nice.

Overall I enjoyed my stay with you, I will come again once you fit in ventilators in the bathrooms. I love space and comfort and my room provided alot of this! You need to train your staff allover […] again. What is wrong? They were unable to clear tables and keep the bereakfast going. It wasn't a busy morning at all, only a third of tables and sometimes a half was occupied for breakfast for the whole hour I was in there. The used table were unattended, staff could not clear them and took forever to replace cutlery. They were 3 or 4 staff coming and going out of the room, they were either stuck on one place or moving around doing very little. Its a bit dated in places, the hairdryer in the pool changing room was broken, also the changing room is tiny for the size of the hotel so when the pool is busy there is no where to get changed, and you have to wait. I thought the hotel was in a good location and only a short distance (cheap taxi ride) to city centre. Everything was good up until I misplaced an item. It was't valuable but for piece of mind I needed to know where I left it. Room nicely equipped and staff very pleasent. Breakfast on the Saturday morning was excellent very attentive staff serving us with coffee and hot chocolate for the kids. We arrived early morning at the hotel and asked the receptionist if we could leave our case with her as we appreciated that arriving early our room wouldn't be ready. Much to our surprise she said that if the room had been prepared we could use it immediatly. She checked for us and we were able to immediatly go to our room.The cleanliness was outstanding […] and the bed very comfortable.Because of this we decided to have breakfast in the hotel. The selection of food was excellent and service received from all staff was superb. No one could have been more helpful. Excellent stay for 2 days. Food was good and service in the restaurant was also good. Bedroom was roomy and pleasantly decorated, although the decoration in the separate WC could have done with repairing. We will certainly go back. Staff were excellent.

We stayed with our two young kids whilest visiting Woburn Safari Park. The hotel was fine; rooms were comfortable, desk staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool was small but lovely - and a real plus for the kids. Unfortunately, our stay was ruined by the breakfast. It was an absolute shambles - no management whatsoever. Staff were slowly ambling […] around clearing tables while a queue formed. People were seated ahead of others who had been waiting 10 minutes. Once you were seated the table was eventually cleared, then you had to repeatedly ask for crockery, cutlery, hot drinks. Then food and juices ran out and were not replaced. We eventually complained to reception who were very sympathetic, and blamed the problems on staff illness - yet there were plenty of staff around, and the dinning room was only 3/4 full, there was just no-one with the initiative to get things organised. Such a shame, because the hotel does a lot of things well, but nobody wants to start their day like that. They desparately need to train and motivate their staff. We wouldn't stay there again. Service in the bar and restaurant was appalling. Had to wait about an hour for our food to come. We ordered our drinks but they never came. What kind of service is this? Bathroom and toilet in the room was not very hygienic. The toilet stank like festival toilets. I will never come back to this hotel again.

Stayed thurs -sun nights inclusive for moto gp with my boyfriend. only took 30mins to get to silverstone and 5 mins to get to milton keynes centre which has plenty of shops and entertainment facilities. paid beforehand for breakfast, brilliant selection and plenty of it. pool was handy shame sauna didnt work although we just went in the steam room instead. […] generally very clean, odd bit of dust around and bit of mould in shower but that may have just been an oversight. bed made everyday and tea/coffee etc restocked. quiet at night considering there is a road and petrol station across the road. would stay again. We wanted to be close to the Xscape Snow Dome. Although the hotel is nearby and a very short taxi ride away it is not in walking distance. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. The hotel is more of a family hotel. Everything is very clean and the breakfast has a good variety. Would stay here again.

Good, clean hotel with great facilities at an excellent cost. Kids eat free breakfast was realy useful. Swimming pool with steam room and sauna was good size and clean and tidy. We stayed at the Novotel for a long weekend to attend a family gathering. The hotel is clean and comfortable and our room was more than adequate for our needs. The breakfast and the dinner we had in the restaurant we well presented and the service was good too. As we had met up with family we had not seen for a long time the bar area was an excellent […] meeting place, although on our first night I think the night receptionist wished we would go to bed instead of sitting in the lounge area laughing and chatting. Stayed at this hotel as the cheapest option around on short notice. First night had small issue with bath plug being faulty and was upgraded to executive room, which was a bonus. Disappointing for £79 a night for standard room. Felt like a Travelodge room with stark white artex walls, cheap furnishing and modular bathroom. The bathroom had mildew, the shelving was chipped and the separate toilet had wall coverings that were coming away from the wall. Bed was uncomfortable with only two thin pillows on a double bed. Booked this late so the rates were very good, reception was nice looking, as was the room, perfect for one nights stay. Only 3 mins drive from the local shopping centre and restaurants. The only petty comments I have are that the toilet was a little unclean looking, and for breakfast we had to wait for 10-15 plus minutes for a seat, with many couples […] waiting, people started to help themselves to food and then sit in the adjacent bar area. Not really, thought even the discounted price I got was too high for this 3* hotel, have stayed in better for less. Not really that convenient for a night out in MK for a lady in heels!
