We stayed for 4 nights the weekend of February 22, 2013. The shuttle picked us up promptly at the airport which was great. Our room had a view of the gulf and was very nice. I would highly recommend this location and plan to return.

We loved our stay here. Would definitely come back. We have a 2 year old and it was nice to have a second bedroom as well as a kitchen, patio and all the comforts of home BUT with the amenities of a resort. The pool is great. It is close to the airport so if you are bothered with the sound of airplanes (on occasion, not every minute) then it may not […] be the best for you. But we found it to be very relaxing NOT being so close to Mallory Square and where it's super busy. The area is bike friendly to town and renting a car will get you anywhere fairly fast. Only complaint was the housekeeping came at an odd time - we are used to it being in the morning and for whatever reason they came at 3, interrupting a break or nap time. I was shock at the way my family and I were treated. We never got our room clean and staff did not even speak. I glad I went for the good weather. I came home and told everybody never go to Key West. They are not friendly people at all.

This is the best hotel/suite I have ever stayed in. The price was quite reasonable for a 2br suite considering we would have needed two rooms otherwise at another facility. Staff was incredible and very helpful, particularly the concierge. The property itself is not really a hotel, it's rather a timeshare resort where owners make their units available […] for outsiders if they chose. This means that you are living in a condominium. There's minimum housekeeping. They will take out the trash and furnish clean towels when necessary. This should not be a problem as the benefits far out way any minor inconvenience. Read more

We booked this hotel because we were told it had sleeping facilities for four persons, but one room had a king bed and the other had a small queen bed and then there was a sleeping sofa in the living room that was on the verge of being usuable because the matress was very soft. So when a person lay in it , it was like laying in a bathtub. We requested […] an extra matress(i.e. egg matress) on top of it or a plywood under the matress to make a stiffer undersupport, but neither was available. In the hotel advertisement it was said that shuttle service was offered into town, since the hotel is situated out by the airport. Noone mentioned that there was a 5 dollar fee per person to go to town. For a 4 that meant a 40 dollar fee per day to travel to town. We had not made the reservation at this hotel if we had known this. We would have selected a hotel in town. The suit was very nicely kept. The pool area was ok, but there is a lot of noise from the runway at the airport right by. The restaurant at the pool was good. This hotel does not offer any health club at any kind, so if you want to keep in shape, stay elsewhere. We were very surpriced by this, considering the price paid at this hotel. This is our third trip to Key West. We had a wonderful time during Fantasy week, we did not know what that was when we came and it was a pleasant surprice. We, thoroughly, enjoyed our stay ant this facility. The staff, was very helpful. We had on a daily basis issues with our key cards. The issue with the key cards and the issue with the extra charge for a resort fee was upsetting. The resort fee, I would like to talk to some one about.

Hotel was in tranquil location on the water. We took advantage of the shuttle to town several times. Shuttle conveniently timed to leave every hour. Great pool surrounded by mature plantings. Clean, well decorated room. We started off the weekend by going to the SPA which was much needed. Staff members were soo nice to us.

I liked the reception service. The room was fantastic and super clean. The view from the room was great. I didn't like how far it was from everything, and the shuttle they provided charged 5 dollars each way. I also didn't like the view of the airport right behind the hotel.

Top of the line property. Only one elevator so if your room is not close expect to use stairs or have a long walk. Was charged an extra $15 per day for Internet access. Was charged for extra coffee, you get first pack free on first day after that you pay. No shuttle service to downtown area. Rooms were clean and top of the line.

Nice hotel. We have stayed here a couple of times. The rooms are comfortable. The staff is ok. I guess they don't have to be overly attentive because they are always booked. The view from the ocean view rooms is spectacular.

The only problem I encountered was the a/c did not work at night and it was hot the maintance was not available until the morning and that was a problem since I only stayed one night.

This hotel was perfect for our family vacation. One of our children had the 2nd bedroom, and the other was quite comfortable on the pull out sofa bed. The balcony was spacious, overlooking the well kept grounds and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The resort was relatively quiet, family friendly, with shuffleboard, pool, and hot tub. I just got back from a long "girls' weekend" with 5 girlfriends of mine. The Hyatt was absolutely perfect! We slept easily in the two bedroom, two bathroom villa (we took turns sleeping on the pull-out sofa) and we had plenty of room to relax and to get ready. Our villa had a nice view of the ocean (albeit across the street of A1A) and the grounds were […] impeccable. The front desk and concierge were remarkable and very friendly. The Hyatt is located next to the airport, but the occasional plane that flew overhead was not too bothersome. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who may not want to be right on top of everything; taxis and shuttles were able to get us down to the action on Duvall Street very easily. Absolutely Increadible!!!!!!!!!!! We stayed at 5 different hotels on our tour of Florida and this was by far our favorite. Extremely clean well manicured, beautiful room, beautiful pool and great staff. The planes were not a bother (twice a day -) rather made the experience more special and even more enjoyable.

I can not say enough good things about our stay at this hotel. The rooms were amazing - could have moved in! The view was gorgeous - great location - just down the road from Smathers Beach. The pool was fantastic and so were the margaritas! All in all - for our future trips to Key West this is the only place we will be staying. :) Enjoy!

I'm so pleased that I chose to stay here for my vacation. The condo was beautiful, and I loved sitting on the huge patio each morning before we got moving. The only suggestion I have if you stay here is that you rent a car, because you are about four miles away from anything fun. Otherwise, it's a perfect choice.

I enjoyed the quietness of the Hyatt despite the fact that it was near to airport . Being out of the crowds of Key West proper was also nice since easy to get into the city proper, and the walking and bicyling along sea wall made a nice change. Excellent pool with plenty of seating. We have been going to the Windward Pointe since it opened in 2003. It has a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean. Each balcony is equipped with a telescope to view the stars at night. Every apartment has a balcony with a view nice view. It is like living at home. Plenty of room for 4 guest.
