We've stayed at this hotel before and chose it because of that stay and closeness to family. The rooms are kept very clean and they are very comfortable.

They should have a free breakfast, not sure why they do not. Also they are missing 15 pound weights in Fitness Room and are too cheap to replace them. They have you sign document that you will be quiet and not disturb others, but they often rent to loud groups of young kids that party in the rooms.

My wife and I were in town to finalize the adoption of our son and the hotel staff went out of their way to make the stay memorable. They brought up a card and snacks in a basket to express their congratulations. Top notch.

Rating for Saturday Night: The whole party should of been tossed out before 9pm. The staff tried its best to control them, however, that group thought they were above all the rules. I hope the whole group gets to pay for all the damages they caused the hotel. The staff did move us at around 11 pm to a different room so we could get some sleep. We were […] there for a tournament that was in the area and choose to stay away from the host tournament site so we could relax and get plenty of sleep. I was told that Saturday night's stay would be credited back to my account. At this time, I can NOT confirm or deny that this has happen. The staff did do there best to try to make things right. However, I do have a trust issues with your hotels now. Do you always rent to parties who are above the rules and commonsense? Are you going to have more staff on hand when you do rent to parties so this won't get so out of control? So needless to say I will really have to think about it before we would stay with your hotels again. We have been with other hotels that rented to parties and haven't had problems like this before. We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was quiet and clean. The pool and spa area was comfortable. The margarita from the bar was the only let-down, expensive and bitter. Otherwise we had a great stay. Only a few miles from my son's apartment, very convenient to shopping and restaurants. We will be back.

The staff was so nice to All the Storm People. We had a lot of stress while dealing with the heat during those days, and the fact that they dropped the rates to allow a lot of families with pets to be able to affort the fee was above the call of duty!

This hotel is right in the middle of "all the action". It was only a couple minutes from the entertainment venue I was going to and just 5 minutes off of I-355. The staff welcomed my daughter and I and we were checked-in in a matter of minutes. We noticed their "snack area" adjacent well very well stocked with many of our favorite snacks, drinks, and […] even some cold alcoholic beverages. I have to admit I'm a bit a snob, really like to be comfortable when I travel and usually only stay in ****** Hotels, but there were none available in this area. When I opened up the door to the room quite frankly I was surprised, it was gorgeous. The room was decoracted very attractively and the colors were warm and inviting. It was spacious with a great flat screen TV. The lighting in the room was more than sufficient and the windows opened just enough to allow some fresh air. The bathroom area was very large and divided into two separate areas. Overall, it appeared the room was brand new with no previous occupants. The beds and linens were very comfortable and we both got a great night's sleep. We had some breakfast items prepared the next morning at the Cafe by an employee who couldn't have been nicer. Our "home-cooked" food was delicious and my daughter said her smoothie was absolutely the best she had ever had. There was absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. I have easily paid twice the amount for accommodations not nearly as nice. Read more

This hotel was very clean - my second time staying here. It is pet friendly (for a fee). I loved it becuase there are several acres nearby that are cleared and mowed that nothing has been built on that surround a mall. Great for taking the dog out for the AM and PM stroll. I was very comfortable staying there & will do so again.
