Breakfast was choice of raisin bran and corn flakes with milk or orange juice. When i first walke in. The hotel was hotter then heck and it took a good twenty minutes for my room to cool down. The towels where dirty and it smelled like poo.

Travelling on business to Sacramento area, I've stayed at this hotel several times during the past few years, with my last visit falling in early May 2013. The general decor is somewhat basic, but the rooms are fairly large, equipped with a fridge, microwave, and various other basic kitchen implements. There is a clean, somewhat spartan atmosphere, […] the lift rather basic and slow, but the staff is friendly and breakfast--whilst not outlandish--will do for most travellers. Families, businessmen, and other odd stragglers come by, usually on their way from somewhere to somewhere else, so the clientele changes daily and seems rather anonymous. What they (and I) have found is predictable, safe, clean, very adequate and reasonably-priced accommodations with plenty of parking on both sides of the building and a few decent restaurants within a 5-minute drive from the hotel. I usually stay in 4 star or better. But my friend use to work maintenance here and informed me of how nice it was and how particular they are about their rooms. So I took a chance and booked here. The room was so clean, I'm a neat freak at it was as my own house is, very clean and organized. The room had all the amenities of a small apartment. The beds […] are so comforable and me with a horrible back, finds it hard to find comfortable bed in hotels. The other furniture in the room was also very comfortable. The staff was so helpful and kind. Anything u need or want they will make it happen. The manager was so sweet, I dye my hair and it bleeds of course. I got it on one of the towels. He called and let me know they were trying everything possible to remove the dye but if they could not there would be a small charge. I expected them to just charge me for it but they never did. Most hotels wouldn't even let you know they would just charge it, the fact he made the call to let me know personally was amazing. I will always stay here in my future trips to Sacramento. Fairly typical hotel for "road warriors", with the usual extended-stay amenities. Room was good, except no real drapes on the windows, only shear curtains which neither block early morning sun nor provide privacy from adjacent businesses. Jacuzzi was ice-cold, did not appear to be heated at all and certainly not usable.

Very decent hotel, and everything was clean and in good order. Micro kitchen (we just used the fridge and the coffee maker), room, and bathroom were all in good shape, fully functional, and spotless. for 100.00 bucks a night I expected a good mattress and pillow. What we got was an old mattress that you qould feel the springs through and a cheap pillow. We will never stay there again.

Room was really clean & modernized. Flat screen TV's & small kitchens with stove, microwave, full size fridge. Small lounge area completed the studio feeling. Free wi-fi and breakfast was delicious. Pretty much had it all and would stay here again.

Good hotel for the value. Our only concern with the 10 rooms were linens needed bleach. Towels not white that should be always is a turn-off. Also tbe complimentary shampoo was used and left 1/2 full. Staff was excellent

The room was really spaceous with an extra pullout couch that could sleep two more people. It also had a small nice kitchenette. The breakfast was not bad with a waffle station, bagels, biscuits, eggs, cofee, etc. I would stay here again on my way to lake tahoe.

BREAKFAST SHOULD START AT 5 AM SO PEOPLE WITH TIME SCHEDULES TO KEEP CAN ENJOY BREAKFAST. THAT IS THE MAIN REASON WE PICKED THIS HOTEL, BUT HAD TO BE BACK ON THE ROAD AT 6AM. OTHER THAN THAT THE HOTEL WAS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY.

This is a really nice hotel. The rooms are big, with a kitchenette that is spotless. Quiet, safe area of town, but still close to good shopping & a McDonalds, and gas station right next door. We had some issues with our reservation but the GM, Michael was VERY kind and accommodating. The hotel was quiet and comfortable and we will for sure stay again. The only small issue we had was with the toilet, and the front office had no plunger but they offered to move us to another room with no problems.

We booked the room since it was close to family. First off, the room was great and we would stay there with one small difference--at least on the second floor. Here's the problem, when the people above us woke up, we got to wake up too. Not that we heard their voices, but we heard every footstep! Very nice hotel but there was no water pressure due to water district problem. Other businesses were also affected. I could not shower the first night. The hotel made no attempt to compensate my inconvenience even though it was not their fault.
