We were upgraded on arrival to the "Executive Floor". Sounded good at the time - but the room was a standard king, with the wall of the neighboring building less than one foot outside our window.

Very fast service, very clean, very ornate, best materials built with. Laction not bad, close to all Old City charm and historic places. I enjoyed my stay and would use again.

Hotel Royal Macau is one among the best hotel I ever stayed. Its a modern hotel with its ancient and historic backgroung. Checking in make me feel that I am in my home. It was my home sweet home.

Very surpised at the beauty and moderness of the hotel. A little bit away from the center, but great value for your money. Spacious room, a 5 star rating. Excellent service and very helpful Staff. Highly recommend.

after seeing first hand the damage a hurriane caused, i wasn't happy about stuck in Macau because of an approching typhoon. the staff however was excelent! The hotel is closer to 4 star hotel than one may think.

Excellent location, very central to all attractions, room was large and renovated, bathroom was new and clean, pool and gym were very nice, staff was very helpful, breakfast buffet was wonderful and worth the price (20$US/person). We will stay here from now on when in Macau.

"Lovely hotel"

Lovely 5 star level hotel with heated indoor swimming pool in a quiet location, away from the main strip but within walking distance from Senado Square. Breakfat was extra but only cost about £5.

Un hotel parfaitement situé a proximité du centre des grands casinos (hors Taipa), avec un service de navette gratuit. Les chambres sont parfaites, le personnel aux petits soins. Le prix est bien moins cher que celui des hotels des grands casinos, ce qui est appréciable non seulement pour les touristes mais aussi pour les joueurs qui pourront profiter de la tranquilité de l'hotel.
