I would never stay there again! It was my Birthday and I got to the hotel and they said that 100.00 was going to be held against my funds, that was never disclosed to me when booking I was only made aware of the 10 charge per night that I stayed. That was very upsetting because I came out there on a budget. The pillows weren't comfortable, they were […] flat, it felt like I was sleeping on the mattress and the matress was very uncomfortable. It was thin and hard. The first day room service never came I had to call for them at 3 in the afternoon. The towels were rough. When we opened the door to leave the whole side panel of the door fell off! We told the front desk and they said they would tell maintenance. We came back and they super glued the panel back and some got on the door and we had to shove it open! And we had to do this for the rest of the trip! The shower slide door did not slide easily and the elevator ended up being out of service for whatever reason. It was such an unpleasant experience and definately not worth what I paid! It was advertised nicely but I felt bamboozled when I got there. It definately put a damper on my trip. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! And I have stayed in hotels for cheaper then that and they had the same aminities and even complimentary breakfast and these hotels were very nice. Never again! Read more

My wife and I come the weekend would usually get in the car and drive and where ever we end up we'll stay in a hotel. Miami was the choice of place to drive to this time. Have stayed in many hotels in south Florida. I just got back from Crystal beach today and after reading all the reviews I was a little scared to stay but omg wow that is all I can say. First of all the staff was great very friendly. We got up to our room and it was very clean and nice we had a seperate living room with couch tv a seperate bedroom with tv a mini kitchen with stove dishwasher coffee […] maker and silverware. The housekeeping was kept up to date each day we had fresh towels and our room was cleaned.. Lots of good privacy. As for the pool area very cute a lounge are with pool jacuzzi and also big gym we had access to. The beach was right behind the hotel literally 5 feet away. I dont know why so many people complained here if you dont like what you see dont say there. The staff went all out to make our stay even better when we first got there they helped us with our luggage, the day we left they got us a taxi and helped us with our luggage again. Also they serve a decent breakfast each morning which most hotels dont.. If not theres a bunch of restaurants and an ihop right around the corner.... Overall I deffinitely enjoyed my stay at the Crystal beach and will be staying again! Read more

Okay, for the price it wasn't bad. I have it the benifit of the doubt but it was pretty bad. The place was decent but there were many things that made me cringe and others that I found I wasn't happy with: The door to the room and bathroom never closed shut completely The sink had rust marks The edges of the bathtub was still dirty The closet door […] was broken in the living room The toilet never flushed properly The moulding for the doors were falling apart The blanket was too thin to keep warm (luckily they had two fleece blankets in one of the closets) The lamp in the room didn't work (had to use our phone light at night) Clock wasn't working I explored the second closet in the living room area and relized it was for the water heater, this is what topped it off...it was all dusty/rusty/mouldy/stinks If nething I would not repeat. The price was good but I'd rather spend more for a better well kept and maintained hotel. Hotel muito bem localizado, aliás, esta é sua maior virtude. O quarto que fiquei era muito antigo, porém, bem equipado (microondas, cafeteira, cofre, sofá). Parkmöglichkeit schlecht, da man ab 8 Uhr die Parkuhr füttern muss. -3 schlaflose Nächte, da Schlafsofa total hinüber war und der Kühlschrank, die Klima sowie irgendetwas in der Wand einen unerträglichen Lärm verursachten. Mehrere Punkte die mir nicht gefielen: 1. Hotel ist weit ab vom schuss. Ocean drive, mall, bayside marcet Place, alles ca 20 Minuten zu fahren. Nicht wirkliche touristengegend. Fühlte mich im Publix Supermarkt nebenan z.b. als Ausländer sehr komisch und unwohl. 2. Veraltete Einrichtung . 3. Großteil des Personals (Putzfrauen, Park Service) spricht Keim […] englisch, nur spanisch. 4. Wurden im Zimmer beim zusammenpacken der Badesachen mal von der Putzfrau überrascht . Die stürmte dann einfach rein tauschte Handtücher aus leerte den Mull und zog wieder ab. Geputzt wurde an diesem Tag nix und ich kenne dass das sich das Personal für die Störung entschuldigt und später nochmal kommt. 5. Frühstück war katastrophal! Es gab pro Person max. 2 Scheiben Toast mit bitter und Marmelade. Zusätzlich 5 Sorten cellogs portioniert un plastikschalen. Dazu Kaffe Milch und o Saft. Das war's! 6. Parkservive 20$ am Tag! Keine Chance wo anders zu parken. Es dauert 15min bis man sein Auto wieder bekommt, da das Personal das weiß Gott wo parkt . Verlangt zwar jedes Hotel, diese Gebühr, jedoch meist höchstens 15$!!
