The Westin was perfect! Stayed in a suite with friends for a weekend away. The hotel was clean and the service was great. The location is perfect for walking and dining in the old port and totally accessible if you want to spend time downtown or further North. No complaints!

Price at the restaurant was high ei $16.00 for glass of house wine. Gym under reno and card for other facility didn't work

We only stayed the one night at Place d'Armes hotel, on our way back to Vancouver and then home, but we wished we had more time, and will return. The hotel staff were both welcoming and efficient (not a combination one often finds), and the hotel itself was immaculate in every respect. The room was flawless in its design, the bed was soft enough to be comfortable, but not so soft as to feel like one is clambering from a bean-bag, upon rising, (as I found in so many hotels in the States!) I particularly appreciated that the designers had eschewed a bath/shower combination in the large bathroom, and installed a large, stone-clad, walk-in shower with a beautiful glass shower screen, instead. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Old Town Montreal by foot, which was just what we wanted to do, since we only had the one night. When we checked out, we left our luggage with Place D'Armes, mentioned when we would return for our flight and, when we did, a taxi was already awaiting us. Immaculate service.

Spacious rooms with confortable beds. Nice to have a small refrigerator. Bathroom had 2 door access and made our stay convenient.

good location but for 4 adults, room it is to small. Non smoking room and pull out couch smelled bad cigarettes smoke,one person of 4 could not sleep. Quality of room for the money what we paid is verry,verry low.

J'ai été déçue de ceci. Il n'y a pas de "park and fly". Il faut payer 75 $ + tx/semaine si on veut y laisser notre auto. Il me semble que lorsqu'on prend une chambre avant et après le voyage, il serait normal de pouvoir y laisser l'auto gratuitement comme ça existe ailleurs. Aussi, il est inscrit dans le pamphlet publicitaire de l'hôtel que le stationnement […] est gratuit; ce qui n'est pas vrai si on veut y laisser l'auto pour la semaine. Read more

bon compromis pour loger en dehors de Montréal à un tarif plus que correct. Spacieux pour un séjour en famille.
