Staff was helpful. Hallways had a stale smoke smell but rooms were clean and odor free. The heater/AC units (we had 2 rooms) didn't work to maintain a constant temp-got too hot and we shut them off and then got too cold. I was impressed with hotel until I got to my room. Some had used the bathroom and not flushed. Then I found that they had used the soap to wash their hands. The hall way air conditioner was not working and was extremely hot. I have stayed at other Quality Inn's that are more updated. The carpet requires update, the restroom was in good condition, showers were excellent, seems as if the restroom have been updated. We arrived in hotel and found a roach sitting on the wall. Than in bath room exhaust was not working and table lamp was out of order and refrigerator was not working. Room service was terrible! We booked the room for five nights and on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th nights we returned to the room and it had not been cleaned.
