This a very budget oriented hotel in every aspect except the price. It was the most expensive accommodation in our visit to Canada. The host are extremely pleasant people, not only hospitable but like a family, helpful and a great source of support. The shared bathroom, the soft mattress, and a casual setting, reminds me more of a youth hostel than a spa. But I had a great time.

Was pleasantly by the cleanliness if the hotel and the location. They are very accommodating, loved that they had laptops that you could use in their lounge and there were snacks throughout the day that you could have all complimentary. Will definitely stay there again. I parked my car in their garage and didn't need it till I left.

Everything was great from breakfast in the morning to comfort in room. I did go for a swim and the jacuzzi was out of order but everything else was just fine. Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants but not so close that you hear noise. Am looking forward to coming again, as I didn't get to see much of Ottawa. double bed rooms are really small. now floor space, very crowed for four adults. great location to shopping, walking distance for most stores and 20 minutes max driving to bay shore mall and Ikea.

Everything went very smooth. Any questions that I had, the staff answered promptly. They were polite, responsible, and courteous. Great team!

We were very happy that it was close to the highway and our destination, too. The room was really clean and the bed nice and comfortable even the coffee in the room tasted good. This hotel will stay on my list of great places to stay.

I am a paraplegic, confined to a wheelchair and I found that the bed height was a little awkward. I don't understand why hotels are putting such high beds in the wheelchair accessible rooms. It is difficult to jump up onto a high bed and this often causes my shoulder to hurt. The other problem was the lack of proper bars in the bathroom next to the […] toilet. There were bars attached to the toilet, but they would lift off the ground when i used them causing me instability and unsafe transfers. otherwise the hotel was clean and modern. Read more
"one of the best Holiday Inn"
We were at the hotel for only one night to see the volleyball game at the Scotiabank Place. Hotel is conveniently located if you there just for the game, a little bit overpriced. Great service.

The rooms was very spacious, clean and cozy. The lounge was very exquisite and comfy. I'm just disappointed I didn't get to see the NHL's that were a floor above us...
