Met our expectations as an affordable place to stay a couple nights while visiting Hersheypark. Convenient location and the breakfast was a good option before hitting the park. Would stay again on our next trip.

The hotel was very convenient to Hershey Park which was our destination. Room was clean but pillows were VERY FLAT requested more and they gave them to us no problem. Breakfast was o.k. but not much room to sit. Overall good hotel and would stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel two nights while we were in town to visit HersheyPark. The hotel is about 5 miles from HersheyPark, so it is convenient to get to the park in the morning. The hotel desk informed us that we could buy our tickets at Giant grocery store (which was on the way to the Park) at a discounted price. Good tip to save some money on park admission. We were able to eat a nice breakfast at the hotel, they had waffles, toast, english muffins, eggs and sausage as well as cold items like cereal, yogurt and fruit. It was somewhat crowded in the breakfast area, but the hotel had another room across the hall available to eat in for overflow, so there was seating room in there if the other area was full. We were not able to use the pool or fitness facilities, because we were so busy with going to HersheyPark. It was also nice that the hotel had a computer with internet access and a printer available in the lobby. We used it to get last minute directions to our destination.

Hotel was a good value for money, relatively clean, breakfast was convient. Rooms were small, but fine for a short stay.

We chose this hotel based on the ratings and proximity to Hershey Park. We enjoyed our stay. It's a very nice looking, cozy hotel and well kept. The breakfast buffet was yummy, but VERY crowded at 8:30am. I had to wait a good 15-20 minutes for my turn at 1 of the 2 waffle makers. The hotel staff wasn't very warm and friendly. The young man who checked me in said a 4 letter word when I told him the address on the printout he gave us wasn't ours. They also didn't have any cribs left at about 5:30pm. I tried to call earlier in the week, but was on hold for about 10 minutes and gave up. All that said, I'd still recommend the place, and I'd stay again.

Very friendly front desk hosts. Very helpful with questions regarding local restaurant choices. Highly recommend very close to Hershey Park.

Charming lobby area, however, upon entering our room we could not help but notice that it was not all that clean. Maid service did not vacuum too well after the last family left. We found old crackers/Cheez-Its under bedding on the floor - yuck! I made mention of this as we checked out. I was disappointed that the "manager" did not try to reimburse us something as many hotel chains do. Maybe we should have complained about the condition of the room sooner. No cream for coffee at breakfast. Only 2% milk available. I don't like Creamora and that was all they could offer me. I couldn't wait to stop at a Dunkin' Donuts!

The rooms were clean and a nice comfortable size. We had our two little girls with us and we did not feel cramped at all. We will definitely stay they again next time we go back to Hershey Park. It was close to a nice Italian style restaurant and the breakfast in the morning was also better than most continental breakfast options we have had in the past. My family gives is a two thumbs up approval.

Fire alarm went off at 2:30AM.We went outside and waited for fire department to show which they never did. Hotel personal did not seem to know how to handle the situation. We went back to our rooms around 3:30AM with just the assurance from hotel staff that it was a false alarm.

The room itself was very nice (new carpeting, comfortable beds) but the bathroom needed attention. Toilet seat was loose, some tile was cracked, poor ventilation, and the tub itself was bowed in the middle which made standing awkward. The free continental breakfast was mediocre at best. Cool waffle maker (although one wasn't working properly and there was always a wait). Hockey puck eggs and sausage.

We've stayed in Country Inn & Suites in other areas and have always been pretty happy, so we expected a similar experience for our 2 night stay. The reception staff was pleasant. Unfortunately we were given incorrect driving directions to Hershey Park the first evening, but luckily our GPS saved us. The complimentary cookies are nice, and the free breakfast is okay. The maid service, however, was (surprisingly) very disappointing. The ice bucket was not emptied, the beds were made but the extra blanket we used was left balled up at the top of one of the beds. The floor did not appear to have been vacuumed. Not horrible things, but with the cost of the room (and our previous experience with this chain), we expected better. Would not stay at this particular Inn again.

overall was good--about 10 minute drive to HERSHEY ATTRACTIONS. hotel was clean, no problems at all, breakfast was a little disappointing but ok.

This hotel is perfect to stay for Hersheypark! It is only a few miles straight out from the park, and it is clean and quiet, and a good price. Couldn't ask for anything more really.

Great hotel. Family loved it. Nice, quiet location, but very short drive to the nearby attractions. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel.

The only improvements I would suggest is to change the shower curtains. It was growing mold at the bottom which is not very attractive. Also the Lazy chair or whatever you call it smelled like sweat from other people I guess. I could not sit on it as the smell was very strong. But overall a good stay.

My family stayed here for the convenience of being near Hershey Park, and the great price. The 2 hotels at Hershey Park were way too overpriced for us, considering how often you are actually in your hotel room! It was a quick 10 minute drive to the park, and the free hot breakfast was a big plus! We loved the waffles-yum! Complimentary coffee/tea all the time, and fresh-baked cookies at the front desk. The kids loved the pool, and it still had that new hotel feel to it. The only 2 complaints that I would have would be that there's only 1 washer for the whole hotel which forced me to use the dryer at 11:30 one night, and the dining area is way too small for the hotel at breakfast. The beds were very comfy. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed over a SAT night in JULY in room 101 - ground floor, far left. I was initially assigned to Room 325 but was bumped to put 2 families together. The rooms were smaller than I had imagined but for a 1-night stay it was adequate. The refrigeration/microwave/coffee maker in the room is a big bonus. I've stayed at La Quinta hotels where the rooms were much longer and spacious but no refrigerator/ microwave. It's about 10 minutes to Hershey Park which is why I chose this location and a GIANT Supermarket on the way on Rt 39 for purchasing Hershey Tickets. I would find this hotel a bit cramped for more than a 2-night stay though...so if you're planning a week-long trip it might prove a bit claustrophobic. Free WI-FI in each room for you laptop...and the buffet breakfast is included with a nice selection of fruit/muffins/bagels/cereal, etc.

We were very happy with the Country Inn Suites Harrisburg. It is less than 15 min from Hershey Park plus any restaurants, grocery stores etc. that you may need. The hotel itself is VERY clean including the well mantained indoor pool. Breakfast had many choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very cozy. We will stay there on our next trip to Hershey as well.

The Hotel was really nice & clean. Breakfast was really good for just a small Hotel. Very nice & cozy. Great hotel to stay in with kids. Only downfall, no arcade room for the kids.

Broken handle on the toliet was not replaced. Very difficult to take advantage of the morning breakfast because it was so crowded. We finally ended up eating in the lobby with three small children.

This hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. I called for an extra pillow and although they had no one to bring it up, the front desk patron brought it up to me. Breakfast was really great. Comfortable stay, will consider for next time.

Service was great. Staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. Only issue was the excessive chlorine level in the pool made it almost unswimable.

The hotel overall was great...clean, friendly, etc. The breakfast was something to be desired. Really not much of a selection and it ended early so you needed to get up early to get anything.

First time staying at a Country Inn and had a great experience! Very quiet and the breakfast had a good selection of food choices. Only problem was the size of the breakfast area. Very small and can be very crowded at times. Thank goodness there were tables and chairs outside on the porch! We were about 6 miles from Hershey, so it was a great location for us! Will stay here again if we come back to Hershey.

We recently stayed at the Country Inn and Suites in Hershy, PA. It's about 5 miles away from Hersheypark and downtown Hershey. We had a wonderful visit. The staff was courteous and attentive. The room was comfortable and just as advertised. It had a microwave and a rather large mini fridge. The breakfast served by the hotel in the mornings is absolutely wonderful. The staff keeps things well stocked and things moving. One morning, the woman stocking the food must have walked back and forth 20 times. Without complaint and with a smile. It was nice to have that option. The pool and spa were always clean and looked well maintained. I had never stayed in a Country Inn and Suites, but after that visit, would definitely stay in that chain again and will stay in this hotel again if we ever visit Hershey.

Hotel was convieniently located - not too close - but not too far from Hershey Park. We found it to be very clean and rooms were adequate for the money. Our only suggestion is to extend the pool hours to 11pm on weekends. Also the dining area should have overflow signs for the adjacent dining area.

The hotel was older and the furniture was very run down. The chair sat extremely close to the floor, the bedding was outdated and the mattress appeared to be very well worn. The bathroom floors could have been cleaner. Overall for the price we felt we did not get what we paid for compared to other hotels in the area. It was very disappointing as we have stayed in a Country Inn & Suites in the south and it was extremely nice!

The floors were dirty. We stayed two nights and the first night I thought maybe because it was late that the rugs were dirty but when the second day rolled around and they obviuosly were not vacuumed. Then, we were locked out of our room and I had to lug my sleepy 9 month old down the stairs to get new keys... In addition, we paid in full when we reserved the room and they still put a hold on our credit card that took three days to relieve. The staff was attentive and kind. Breakfast was good but staff was wiping all the tables and food area with the same dirty rag....not a good sign.

I highly recommend this hotel for any type of stay. We were visiting Hershey Park for the weekend and this hotel was very close (10 mins) to Hershey. The free breakfast in the morning was great and def. a great way to save money and start your day. All of the employees were extremely friendly and very helpful (especially with directions to places). The only thing I recommend is to bring your own bedroom pillows unless you like those really soft ones!

Not from from Hershey park and attractions, right off the expressway and not badly priced and liked the percent off for more than 1 day stay

Nice room, nice hotel, good breakfast. Breakfast room is a bit small so get there early to avoid major backups and lines for food.
