The rooms which overlook the pool have a nice aspect, so long as there are not screaming kids. Internet is charged through a provider.

Quite good except for: (1) Initially allocated & given the key to a room that was already occupied - quite an embarrassing experience (2) Basement carpark was like a labyrinth with no exit signage

Thank God this was my 1st place I stayed in Surfers. No hassle, everything was wonderful and the parking was even lovier. My only gripe was the bed was a tad short for a 5'10 person and so-so comfry. My key was waiting for me upon check-in and the receptionist was really understanding. Things went really smooth! The other arrangements I've encountered In Surfers has been a serious bait and switch ordeal to the 11th hour.

Experienced owner operator business. Very accomodating. Only 2 units per floor, so plenty of room and privacy. Great for budget wise family, perfect... location for Broadbeach area and Casino. No hesitation in recommending these self contained appartments, nothing fancy just clean, no fuss, affordable accomodation. I used this hotel to stay for conference at Gold Coast Exhibition Centre and did not want to stay will all other delegates. Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Mar 22, 2012

Myself and my daughter stayed for 7 nights late Nov 11. The room two bedroom rooms were great for what we required for our stay. We discovered the location to bus stops was fantastic as they were max 75m away to head to surfers Paradise / seaworld and anywhere north. We went to Dreamworld, Movieworld, Wet n Wild and the bus stop was only a 200m walk. […] We had over a dozen cafes / restruants and a super market at our door step. Even the beach was just a short 100m walk. Recommend this place to anyone. Its great for its star rating. Read more
