Our bathroom shower needed better cleaning. We found mold on the walls. And the toilet was loose on the floor. The hold down bolts needed tightening. AND, the parking space right outside the back door should be eliminated so it is easlier for guests to get to the rear parking lot.

Our stay was very nice, in general..the staf was real good, helping us to find places to visit, and good deals at the same time, also they were very efficients in the solutions of the couple of issues we had. The hotel, it's locate in a very nice area, very safe and quiet, but needs to improve, maintenance, and organization, example, there're lots of […] old TVs stores in stacks inside the cover pool area, giving a poor sight of that place, also our room (114) had some little mold by the window. Hotel was nice and desk clerk was very helpful. Only complaint is with the free continental breakfast which was close to nothing. They ran out of coffee, orange juice was watered down, food was cooked early and then brought out and reheated in the microwave and then distributed to the serving containers. Our past visits have been pretty good. The woman who makes the breakfast always does a wonderful job. Our last visit was disappointing though. The bathroom was not very clean which we were willing to overlook because it had always been on previous visits. Our issue was with the movie rentals. First of all they charged way too much, 15.99 for a movie […] you can rent at a Redbox. When you get to the hotel they charged our credit card 25.00 for incidentals, then they said because we watched two movies they charged us 65.00 more on our card. The second the movie was only 10.99. So i wish they would explain this policy upfront. Just beware when you give them your card what they can and will do. All they told us is it is policy and the charges will roll off and didn't apologize or offer to remove the charges for the movies. No one told us this was going to happen and we could have had problems with the bank if we didn't have the money to cover the charges. Read more

The hotel was very convenient to the places we needed to be for the wedding being attended. They allowed us to check in early without any problems that was great considering we had just driven straight thru from WI. Staff on Friday evening and Saturday were not ideal the young woman working Friday during the day was very accomodating.

the wall around the totle papper hpoler was black and next to the tube was black with mold . the remote was missing for the tv. and most of the channels were snowney.

This was a nice hotel for the most part, location was good for where we wanted to be and the rooms were spacious, besides the odd smell they seemed clean too. A few things bothered me though, the first being security. The side door that is supposed to be opened only with a room key was broken and easily accessible to anyone. The second thing was the […] breakfast. It really kind of ruined the overall experience. The juice was room temperature at best, the selection was minimal and the creamer was lumpy and soured. Also, they didn't leave a receipt under the door so we had to go to the desk to check out and then when we did there was no one at the desk and we had to wait for around 5 min for someone to come back. Any one of these things alone would not have been worth writing about, but when put together it really soured our experience (kind of like the cream). Read more

We were pleasantly surprised when we saw there were 2 queen beds instead of double beds. Room also had a mini fridge and coffee pot as well as a very nice breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the price.

It was not a good experience at all when we checked-in after midnight. The hotel was full but our room was saved for us. However, we could not get in to our room with three different pair of keys and even with the assistance from the lady at the front desk, we had no luck with any keys. We were moved to a room that recently fixed with similar issue […] but the room was not clean - trash bin was half full, dirty laundries left in the room, and wet towels were left in the room.
