This is where I will return. The staff is very friendly and professional. The facility is charming and well maintained with all amenities. The location is the best of any hotel I surveyed. I recommend the City and this Hotel.

Who ever says that this hotel is not in a good location doesn't know what they are talking about. I have been visiting San Miguel over the past 15 years and location was the reason why I chose it. It is located in El Centro historical disctrict, 2 blocks for the Jardin (where all the action is). It is quiet, you feel real safe (you can say that for […] San Miguel as a whole too). You can tell the Hotel has a lot of history unlike other high end places such as Rosewood which was just built and has a very generic feel to it, however, Rosewoods Luna bar on their roof is worth going to for a drink at sunset.. Casa de SN has rooms located through out the entire historical block. Casa's pool is beautiful a very nice setting. My only beef was our room was located through the restaurant. I could hear employees seating up in the morning and empoyees walking by our room (only in the morning though). Read more

Not worth the money!!! At first they wanted to give us a dark ugly room, I complained and they gave us a better one. We asked for a wake up call and coffe at 7AM, they forgot the call and coffe. NOT A FIVE STAR HOTEL FOR SURE!!!!!

You would not expect such first class service at a location that is not easy to get to, but you will get it at the Casa SN!! We loved everything about the hotel - the attentiveness of the staff, the special touches, the cleaniness of our room, the bed, the layout, etc., etc.!!! The rooms are very nice but the portable A/C unit in our room malfunctioned on two mights and we slept poorly due to the heat. What can I can about one the best hotels in the world? it was fabulous. We stayed in the Colonial Suite. It was expensive but a great value for the price. We were able to look at several of the other rooms during our stay and they were equally fabulous. The location is just a few blocks for the jardin and all the action. You could walk everywhere from […] the hotel. The staff was exceptional. They always took the time to get to know our names and we felt like family after the first day. So their english was very good and helped make an enjoyable stay. We met the General Manager the first hour after we were sitting on our patio. He made a point of introducting himself and welcoming us to "our home". We had a spa day that was wonderful. One of the best. We never lacked for room service, pool service, restaurant or bar service. Always accomodating. We would stay there again on our next trip to San Miguel. I would not even want to try to experience a different stay at another hotel. We had never been to SMA so I am so pleased with this hotel that I found on Hotels.com. Muy buena ubicacion, cerca de la Parroquia y de la acción. Las habitaciones muy amplias, con bonita decoracion rústica. Tomar en cuenta que el hotel tiene varias "casas", es decir, no es un solo edficio con todas las habitaciones juntas. Chequen si incluye desayuno su habitación. El restaurante del hotel bastante bueno.

A cidade é a mais charmosa e pitoresca de toda região colonial de Mexico. o Hotel esta super bem locallisado e tem imponentesinfrastruturas. não deixar de usa-las, como o spa ou a piscina. Muy buen hotel, con una idónea ubicación y servicio de primer nivel. La decoración y comodidad de las habitaciones es de altos estándares. Sin embargo no es congruente que un hotel de esta categoría no cuente con aires acondicionados en las habitaciones sino únicamente con ventiladores, es un tema a revisar.
