There is a noise problem with rooms overhead. EVERYTHING was terrific except that two people occupied the room above ours. The hotel construction (wood!!!) amplified foot noise PLUS the flooring squeaks and cracks. We worried about getting sleep and so called the desk and requested a top floor room change. The desk clerk IMMEDIATELY cooperated and we moved. Problem solved. I would definitely stay there again if I could book a top floor room.

Excellent overall value. Room was very spacious and included a sofa sleeper. Front desk bend over backward to help. Perfect location and close to great shopping. We will definitely return. It was rated 3 stars; its better than that.

...the hotel was smack in the middle of a business district. It didn't matter much because it was the weekend, but we would have enjoyed a little more liveliness around us. The actual room was great, very clean and comfortable. In spite of the location, we seemed to be just minutes from a busier part of town.

My wife and I arrived about 3 1/2 hours early to the 3:00 p.m. check in at the hotel. We asked if we could leave our bags there and would come back later on to actually check in. The young man at the desk told me that he had a room that we could get into right now. We were very happy to get to do so. We unloaded and then took off to see the relatives early. We had driven from Texas and I have a lead foot that had gotten us there early. From that point thru the entire 5 days we were there it felt just like home. We will be back again soon.

First of all, let me say the location and staff were fine and the free breakfast met our needs. On the surface the hotel looked fine. The difference was within the floors. We could hear every footstep, remote contol drop and shoe drop ALL night long from the room above. The floors SQUEAKED TERRIBLY. They were not concrete floors. Do not stay here if you want a quiet night sleep. The staff did say we could have gotten a new room, but it was 1-2 in the morning when we realized what was above us. Did not want to pack in the middle of the night.

Clean comfortable room. The room was large with two queen beds, a good desk and clean bathroom.

Overall our stay was great. Good location and very large room. The manager at th front desk was very helpful in giving advice and directions. The room could have been cleaned a little better. There was some stains on the floor and chair. Also, there were a few little odds and ends left around from the previous guests such as tags to clothes and a half empty shampoo bottle in the shower.

The hotel has great bedding!

It is a very nice hotel not too far away from the Chicago city. The transportation is pretty convenient, only the rush hour traffic might be a problem for some days. The room condition is great. Everything is clean, and the service desk is very upbeat and helpful. The morning breakfast is wonderful; saved us the hassel to get something from stores. The only problem I can think of is the walls are not that great in sound proof. So if you are a very light sleeper and your neighbor is having a crying baby, that might annoy you.

the information on internet doesn't show the fact that it takes almost 1 hour to go to CHICAGO by car, if the trafic is fluent. So you can't say that you'll go back there to have a shower and go back to CHICAGO for diner or more.

The room was very spacious & desk clerks were very curteous & helpful. The free breakfast buffet had a very nice selection & was good. Rediculous that they would charge so much for the snacks & beverages they leave in your room if you were to consume them, they could at least charge the same price as they do in their vending machines. Great jacuzzi, large enough for several people - no pool. Very close to highway for traveling. Free parking in this area seems to be a bonus. I would stay again.

We attended a concert in Rosemont but didn't want to stay close to the airport. Schaumburg was a close alternative. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping close to the hotel while still being within a reasonable distance to the concert venue. The staff were pleasant.The room was very comfortable and clean. The beds and pillows were amazing. I don't usually sleep very well away from home, but that wasn't the case this time. My son stated that the fold out sofa bed wasn't very comfortable, but he still rested well. We will definately visit this hotel again the next time we're in the Chicago area.

Wife and I were very impressed with this hotel. Very neat and clean and in a great location right off the highway.

We stayed during our visit to the Chicago area. The breakfast was very nice and the afternoon/evening snacks were great too. We were traveling with our two teenage daughters so even with all their "stuff" the room was quite roomy. The hotel close to al mall, lots of good eating places, IKEA, and the interstate. We would definitely go back.

Stayed here with my sister and mom while treating mom to a Chicago getaway. The price, cocktail hour, breakfast and hot tub were all things that made our trip that much more special. Staff was very friendly and the beds and pillows super. Can't wait to return.

Looked for a hotel within 25-30 miles of Chicago. This hotel was well placed for both driving or train into the city. Hotel very clean, staff very helpful and knowledgable. Joe at the front desk, couldn't do enough for you. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has a great location and a free breakfast this was a nice addition to our stay. It is located close to everything we needed and the staff was professional and courteous. It was very close to restraunts, malls and coffee shops. We will stay again!!!!!

Stayed at the Wingate for business. The rooms are newer, good size and very clean. Location really worked for our this business trip due to the great access to all highways.

EVERYTHING WAS ABOVE EXPECTATIONS EXCEPT THAT THE FLOORS ARE VERY CREAKY. EVERY TIME SOMEONE ABOVE US MOVED ON THE FLOOR , THE FLOORS CREAKED.

This hotel is great. Very Clean and the rooms were spacious. Much larger than a standard room. The bed was very comfortable.

My mother and I came to the area to do some shopping and stay for the weekend. We had an absolutly wonderful time. Breakfast was nice and the waffles were delicious! We were only 5min away from the mall and so many delightful places to eat. We had a great room that was much bigger then standard rooms. I didn't want to leave and come home. I would deffinatly recommend this hotel to others. :)

This is a wonderful hotel. With my GPS and mapquest I had no trouble finding the location, and the service was fabulous. The beds were wonderful, and the pillows were heavenly. The only complaints I have is the tv channel selections were poor. Also, the free high speed internet was great, but your laptap has to be hooked up to their cord, which forces you to sit at a desk. I was looking for the convenience of using my laptop in bed.

great hotel ... clean room ..just stayed one night but was good

I attended a national conference a few miles away at a resort location but due to budget constraints, I had to choose another lodging alternative. This Wyndham affiliate was very comfortable, clean and convenient.

Everything was perfect. The front desk guys were very friendly and help in every way they can. Strongly recommend it.
