    Asked for a non-smoking room and was told the entire hotel was non-smoking; however, the room I was given used to be a smoking room and still smelled like smoke. Was told they just switched to non-smoking 2 months ago. Not too happy about that.

    It's an alright hotel. Nothing spectacular. Overpriced for the accommodations though. You can pay the same price for a much much better room at the Hampton Inn across the road. My room had a weird almost musty smell but, it went away after about 5 minutes. Not the best hotel in town but, not the worst.

    Broken TV -- We reported it twice and it was supposedly corrected, but broke again. WE could not view tv during our stay. When we complained at checkout we were told there was nothing that could be done because we had booked our trip through Expedia. Ridiculous.

    It was great, as expected. We had to wait 15 minutes for our room even though we didn't check in until 7pm. Other than that it was worth the money!

    The hotel is a little dated, but clean. The rooms are nice, furniture is nice, and good beds!! We arrived late and waited 5 mins before service..but tht was the worst thing that happened.

    Smoke smell very strong in the hallways. My smoke free room was "smoke free". Staff very nice and helpful. Angel the evening clerk was very helpful and understanding of our circumstance for being there. She deserves a "job well done" pat on the back.

    Nice hotel stay, we had three room for two nights and all were nice. one room had a running toilet that was annoying when trying to sleep. Turned in to be corrected first day but unable to repair while we were there. We will stay here again when in the area.

    the room was very nice and the hotel staff was amazing. the breakfast had a good selection. the only issue was that you have to hold the handle down to make the toilet flush and that the bathroom was a little dingy along the base board other then that a great hotel

    A few things stand out about our stay, first it could use better maid service. We stayed three nights, and I don't know if it's common maid service to skip cleaning the bathroom, but that was our experience. Our bed had been made and we had fresh towels, but that was it. A clean sink would have been nice. Speaking of the bathroom, it was tiny, really […] tiny. One day my husband used the pool, but I could not bring myself to get in.     We stopped here for the night while traveling to DC on I-64. It was close to the highway and food/gas was close by. Night staff was not as friendly, but day staff was very good. Breakfast was good. The furniture in room made it feel tight.
