The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. They could use better TV channels, but it is a hotel. The staff was also kind about offering adjustments to my room when they noticed my requests.

Many thanks to the reservation lady, Pat, who made our stay perfect by working to get us the waterfront room and tellilng us about the local wild life refuge on the neighboring island. The hotel was nice enough but it was not anywhere near the luxery for a costly per night rate. We also encountered a bad storm during our stay and although the storm was not in the hotels control we lost power and the hotel staff did nothing to accomodate the customers. We all sat in the lobby because there was no electricity and the hotel staff did […] nothing to offer snacks or updates on the storm. The hotel is clean and fairly new and it is on the water. Our room had a beautiful view of the bay and the sunsets at night. The staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast lived up to what we have come to expect at Hampton Inns.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn was a chance to bring our parents back to a place they had enjoyed when they could travel independently. They would come down to watch the pony round up from Assateague. As in other reviews, the waterfront view is spectacular but be wary of staying in one of the side rooms. The neighbors don't give a good view. Fantastic service and friendly staff.

This was our second stay at this hotel and we will definitely stay here again. The hotel is attractive, the rooms are clean and our balcony was huge, although we only had a partial view of the water. The staff was very friendly.

I loved the facility. I took the room with balcony and waterfront. It was worth the extra $$$. The breakfast was great. We just stumbled out of our room at 6am and had a fabulous meal like I would make at home. It was with-in walking distance to the local shops and eats.
