The was about what was expected for the price, it was clean enough but a little dated, Some hallway noise being close to the laundry but was still able to sleep. The Breakfast is not anything to write home about, very limited and crowded but got me by for a couple of hours.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Do not stay here!"
We arrived at the hotel late and got to our room to find DIRTY SHEETS. They clearly had not been changed because they had spots not stains and had visible dirt/rocks inside. We asked to get our bed changed so she handed me a new set of sheets. I changed them myself. When we woke up in the morning we discovered the shower didn't even work. We didn't […] have time to do anything about it because we had to catch a 5 am flight. The hotel was dirty and service was horrible. We would have been better off sleeping at the airport. Pass on this place. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Budget hotel close to the airport"
Since we had such an early flight, we decided to stay at a hotel near the airport on our last night in town. We had a death in the family, and were staying up north for the services. We arrived absolutely exhausted and emotionally drained, so to be fair, we did not complain to the staff about the no a/c, water temperature, or the limp mattresses..we […] were afraid they would just have us change rooms, and were too tired to do that. "Probably not the best vaslue in Seatac."
Pretty average. Air conditioning unit worked poorly. Good marks on shuttle. The quality of this unit declined; stayed here several years ago and was top notch then; probably not woth the mony spent; better values elsewhere, there are lots of options close to airport.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nothing fancy, but fine for an overnight"
I've stayed at this property several times and will again. Hotel is getting a bit old, but it's clean with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Airport shuttle runs every half hour and is free. Plenty of food and convenience stores within walking distance. Good, reasonably priced place to stay before a next day flight.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Needs some serious repairs and refurbishing."
One of the three worst hotels ever. I have been here for three hours, and have been up for 24 hours straight, exhausted from 6 hours of flights. So, I get to my room, and the window is wide open at midnight. I can appreciate that they might want to save energy, but when I closed the window, the A/C did not work. Right now, the room smells a little like […] a zoo. The solution - a big box fan - the ones that sound like jet engines, or a smoking room. I have asthma. Not a solution. Then there are the pillows. Pretty sure they have not be replaced in at least 5-6 years, and are matted and hard. Cheap five-buck pillows at retail are not intended to last more than a few months. Took 3 to get to a normal thickness, but are still instruments of torture. Have thrown out many in much better condition. No replacements that are any better. Television is old tube vintage, probably also at least 15 years old. No comfortable furniture in the room, just a couple hard chairs. The staff agrees that improvements need to be made, but it seems that the ownership prefers to continue to line their pockets instead of giving their guests what they really need - a good night's sleep. I do not recommend this hotel. They really need to get their act together. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Smallest $90 Hotel Room in the world! LOW Ceilings"
For the money, I thought I would get something larger than an oversized filing cabinet. The ceilings had to be no higher than about 6'9" high and the room was very very small. The TV was a bad old tube type and the selection of channels reminded me of when I was a kid and we had to go turn the antenna for the other channel to come in. The sheets were […] torn, the coffee maker coffee was lousy and the noise level from other rooms was far too apparent. Decent hotewl for $50, but unfortunately I paid about $90, making this yet again and overpriced but under qualitied Super 8 experience. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Glad I Made This Choice"
I actually booked this reservation as a change to my original plan. I had plan to stay at another motel that had really scary ratings from customers and stayed here instead. The accommodations were a little dated, but very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed here with my teenage son for a weekend vacation to visit Seattle go to a ball […] game and see the sights. I had visited town before and always paid more money to stay near the space needle. This was a much better choice. We used the 24 hour complementary shuttle to get back and forth to the Seattle light rail station then bought a day pass that let us travel around town with ease. It takes about 30 minutes to use the light rail to get to the downtown mall and then we were two blocks from Pike's Place and could take the monorail to Seattle Center and the Space Needle. When we got done goofing off in town we took the light rail back in the middle of the night, which I found to be completely safe and not overly scary or weird. We called the desk when we arrived at the Seatac station and the courtesy shuttle was at the curb to meet us by the time we got there. The shuttle also took us a few blocks away to go to Denny's to eat in the middle of the night, then picked us back up. In the end this is not a fancy hotel, but the price was right, I did feel safe, the room was clean, breakfast was good, the shuttle was awesome, and the staff did their job. What more could you want? "Fantastic Customer Service for a Overnight Hotel!!"
Upon my arrival at the airport, I was immediately picked up by their free shuttle by the kindest man ever, I regretfully forgot his name but he was the most personable person I've ever met in Seattle! Then upon check-in, I was graciously greeted by Nicole who was kind enough to give me a map of downtown Seattle for my day-trip into town. These two people […] made my one-day trip to Seattle the best experience ever, and usually with these "small, dingy-type, motels" I have the worst experience. Although the hotel was what I expected (old blankets, ripped towels, deteriorating paint on the walls, and that usual motel smell), the customer service was beyond greater than expectation! I would most recommend this hotel for anyone who wants superior service at a motel! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Time to renovate."
I've stayed at this Super 8 many times years ago. It is essentially the same as before. The beds are terrible: old. springs sagging, uncomfortable. It's time to renovate and bring in new beds, if nothing else. Other than the poor beds the room was comfortable and had all the necessary items and needs. Not sure if I would stay here again until new beds […] are installed. The staff and amenities were very good and helpful. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"We got what we wanted"
Good: awesome shuttle service, friendly staff, laundry on site (we were on a month-long road trip), convenient location to light rail via free shuttle. Need to work on: shower curtain was a bit moldy, wifi was spotty, pillows were small and flat (but they gave me 2 more when I asked). Overall, it was what we wanted for the price we paid for. shuttle service (and wake-up call) were very nice, front desk staff was good, unfortunately we left too early for the breakfast, but it looked like a nice area. "No airconditioning on a summer night"
Granted, this is an economy hotel, but there should be no excuse for being placed in a room with a non-functioning airconditioning unit. While the outdoor temperature was hot during the day and cool at night, the temperature in my room was 83. I was told there was no maintenance person, supervisor, or manager on duty to try to rectify the situation. […] When I aked for a fan, I was given the one from the laundry room and was asked to return it as soon as possible in the morning, as the laundry room "had no airconditioning either." The fan did make sleeping in the room bearable, but I certainly would not recommend this Super 8 and would never risk staying there again myself. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Keep on moving"
Lots of things going on here...The bottom mattress (both) were uncovered and it looked as if someone was either murdered or commited suicide. Blood stains ran down the side where the pillow would be. The sheets had large holes in them (moth eaten). The toilet ran all night. The shower went from freezing to scalding hot every minute. The sprinkler system […] sprayed my vehicle all night. Overall if you don't mind paying a premium for low quality then this is a place for you...otherwise keep moving on. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Super 8 Close to Seatac airport."
We booked the hotel as the on-line description reported that the room included a frig, microwave oven, and free WiFi. We were too tired to try the WiFi but our room did not include the frig or microwave. In addition, the air conditioning unit didn't work. The desk clerk advised us that the rooms with a frig and microwave are reserved for guests stating […] four or more days. It was late, we were told the hotel was fully booked so we just lived with the stuffy heat. Leaving the window open wasn't an option due to the airport noise. My wife was unable to sleep at all. "In a pinch"
What can I say, it's super 8. I waited to long to book a room and all the usual spots were booked full. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a bit run down and very dated, but for the price it was worth it for a 10 hour stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Proximity to the airport & light rail - both via free hotel shuttle - allows one to get about without a rental car. Hotel - like most of the budget hotels in this area - has some mileage on it. Bed in the room (233) was not very comfortable. Bathroom had a musty smell to it, but room was otherwise clean. Real item of note was the superior attention […] given by the front desk. All were most helpful & eager to please. Kudos to all when they called during my shuttle ride back to the airport to inform I'd left my cell charging in the lobby. Driver took us back to pick it up with less than 15 minutes lost. Those efforts are what brings the return business. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Super 8 SEATAC"
Average hotel at best. Room was musty and required us to open the window all night long to get fresh air. Hallways also smelled slightly. Room was good other than that. Good continental breakfast. It is easy to get to the airport (3 min or so) and lightrail transit to Seattle (5 min or so to Tukwilla Station) from this location.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Used the Super 8 to sleep before a next day 6:00am flight. Good value for price. The on site airport parking for our cars was a bargain. Would definitely use again as a pre-destination lay over motel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Friendliest staff you will meet"
The staff was superb. The shuttle is prompt and drivers are great. Issues with maintenance was our only complaint. "You get what you pay for."
This was a nice place. In 1980 ! Could use some maintainance. But was ok for the price. Beds were clean as well as the rest if the room. If they just got after the place with a pressure washer, a big can of touch up paint, a lawn mower and some mulch, the place wouldn't look like that house in your neighborhood occupied by an alcoholic couple and their […] uninspired kids. "Disappointing hotel near airport"
The staff were friendly and helpful. Notably, both drivers of the shuttle to-from the airport were polite, friendly, and offered excellent service. The hotel itself was disappointing. My room key failed to work even after new keys were issued, and the manager had to open the door with the master key, leaving me w/o a working key for re-entry. She offered […] to move my room, but I didn't want to sacrifice the 20 min.s of sleep. The box-spring had stains, including someone's spilled latte, down the side, and the room alarm clock was not working. There were few outlets, as well. All in all, it had the feel of poor attention to detail and cleanliness. But, again, the staff were good. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

We were visiting Seattle for an extended weekend and all the hotels downtown were really pricey. We decided to stay near the airport and take public transportation into the city. It worked out well and was at a convenient location. They offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport but they have only one van. It's also walkable (about […] 15-20 min walk). Overall, it does what it needed to do, which was to provide a place for us to sleep and shower, but by all means not luxurious. Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating though.
