If you need a cheap place to stay overnight while traveling on I-86, this is it. No frills, but the room was clean and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint is that the mattress on the bed was completely worn out. Otherwise, perfectly good place for the price.

For an old style motel I found the property to be in very good shape. The room was clean and comfortable. There was also plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The convenience of a restaurant and bar on the same piece of real estate made the difference for me. It was just a short walk down the stairs from the motel.

We were in town for a wedding and wanted to stay close to Binghamton. This quaint little motel was exactly what we needed. The property is very clean with nice clean rooms. The hotel was old and somewhat run down however the rooms were clean and I loved the layout for the bathroom. (a sink in with the tub, and an extra sink and large mirror outside so that 2 people can be getting ready). If you need to save a buck, this is a decent place to stay and very convenient to shopping and highway access.

The people who run this motel are very friendly and the room was incredibly clean. The bed was a little hard, but for my back, it worked out. The WiFi worked like a charm. The room in general was very comfy. It was ok for the reasons I needed a room for. Would have liked a direcartary of what the motel offered like the pool I noticed on the way out. It could use a non-skid mat or strips in the shower before someone slips and fall in tub.

At first glance you might think - OH, no! From the outside The Parkway Inn looks a little tired. However, the rooms are clean and provide a microwave and refrigerator. Everything was in working order. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Certainly sufficient for a night's stay.

This room was awful. The only redeeming thing was that it was clean. There was no complimentary newspaper, no hair dryer (as advertized in your sign on page), no paper or pen to write down notes for the area, the AC did not work, and there was not even coffee in the lounge. I did not expect much for $$ but I did expect more than I got.

Old motel. No shine on anything. Parking lot was full of ruts and holes and the "outdoor pool" was uninviting. Paint was peeling. Office was full of junk behind the counter. No sheers on windows, just drapes. No hairdryer, ironing board, iron, hangers in the closet. Didn't turn on or use the fridge or microwave, so who knows if they worked. Bathroom […] was clean, but caulk was peeling away from sink and tub surround. Beds were very uncomfortable, sheets were thin, blanket scratchy. Old style TV worked fine. Air conditioning was noisy and didn't cool very well. Old man with cats in the room across the lot appeared to be an "extended stay" guest. The only deadbolt on the door was part of the keyed unit. The maid knocked, but then unlocked the door and let herself in while I was in the room--SO NOT RIGHT! We tried to spend as little time in our rooms as possible. I regularly stay at what is now the Binghamton Riverwalk Hotel. Due to a last minute plan to be in the area, I was unable to get a room. Since I was traveling with family and small children, the normal crash at a flop house motel was not an option. I chose this location based on reviews and proximity to the event I was attending. Called to confirm my […] room that morning and the desk attendant was very friendly. Upon arrival, I noted that the decor of location was dated to the 1980's but frankly, I'm not worried about what bad painting is on the wall. I care about the bed quality, the staff, and the location compared to the out of pocket cost. Bed quality - clean and comfortable. Staff - extremely helpful and courteous. Location - just off the parkway but easily accessible with quick access to surrounding venues and restaurants. Overall, low on frills and thrills but if all you need is a safe clean room for a fair market cost, I would (and will) use this location again. Read more
