The location was great to get to downtown. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfy. The internet was reliable. The only negatives were that the bathroom fan didn't work well and the wall above the shower needs to be wiped down with bleach.

For what I paid, I was happy with the hotel over-all. The room was very clean, and the bed comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was ok, but nothing great. One section of wallpaper in my room was hanging down quite a bit, but they did have a sign up stating that they were in the process of remodeling . Included free wi-fi internet access.

Only complaint was the heater. It was either too hot or too cold. Couldn't find a comfortable temperature.

Excellent. They had flat screen tvs, availability of refrigerator, opening windows, and were located right by Taco Bell and Dunkin Donuts. Perfect for my night stay while traveling.

This is a great location, close to restaurants, pizza, subway, tim hortons, and other eateries. Room and hotel was kind of "bare bones" , but you get what you pay for. Staff was very friendly and the service was good. The included breakfast was adequate. The room was ok but they need to get new mattresses. We had a room with double beds and both sagged in the middle and the springs could be felt. Overall the room was fine for a night or two, but with newer beds it would've been great.

The room we stay in was a smoke room, but could have used air fresheners cause it smelled like someone just had a cigarette 10 minutes before we came in. Good for the price and clean. Some areas smelled a little bit like old and cigarettes, but it wasn't bad. I loved the 24 hour coffee, and I booked this particular motel only because of the Tim Horton's in the parking lot. Lots of places to eat near by. When I arrived I found out that the king bed I had requested via hotels.com didn't happen. When I asked if a king bed room was available the woman at the front desk said no. I knew that one was indeed available because I had talked to someone in reservations just moments before an she said there were several rooms free. I had needed a refrigerator in the room but there was none so the night clerk (when we checked in) said they had one in the office and I could place my items in there. I was concerned after reading some of the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised with our room. It was clean, comfortable and quiet! Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was simple but good. Easy access to 81N. Would definitely stay again!

Location was perfect for what I needed, VERY close to Alliance stadium, all night food next door with other options within walking distance during the day. The room was a smoking room but it smelled so bad. It would be nice to have a room that was aired out, there were no towels in the room and I had to find someone to get us some. The elevator was out of service and I was on the 4th floor. The staff was very nice and helpful. I don't think I will stay at this hotel again.

Ok if you really are on a budget but the elevator was frightening. It was slow and bumpy. There was no A/C in the halls or elevator. We requested a non smoking room, however half of the floor was smoking rooms. The room itself was fine but the hallways smelled quite horribly. Breakfast area only had four tables and they were always occupied.

It was nice to have a microwave and a big fridge in the room. Very convenient when you have children. Hot drinks were available all the time at the reception area. If you don't like the drinks provided, there's a Tim Hortons less than a minute walk. We had Tim Horton's doughnuts and muffins for breakfast as well as cereal, bread for toast and bananas.
