Great place, very clean. Not a five-star place with a lot of extras, but the small pool was nice and warm and the rooms have all you need. Complimentary breakfast was large and varied; quality was good enough. It's a little hard to find at night, being up a little road on a hill. We came into Shelbyville for an event on the next day and did not want to make the drive all in one day. This hotel was just fine for what we needed. Just a place to sleep for the night. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast, when we went down all the tables were taken and we did not have time to wait, but it looked OK.

staff was very helpful in our needs. only had indoor pool but said that we had access to the outdoor pool right outside the front door. got our group together after playing thrre softball games to go to that pool and found out it closes at 4pm.a litlle disappointed but understand it wasn't their pool and they didn't have control of the time frame.

We got to the hotel earlier then 3pm which was check in time. We wanted to check in early. We called on the phone to see if we could do that and the person on the phone was very rude. She said our rooms were ready but we still could not check in. If the rooms were ready then why can't one check in before check in time? We were very happy with everything and would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was especially friendly. The only reason it wasn't 5 stars is that our alarm clock went off at 7:30 AM and we got there at 1 am the night before. The Hotels.com map was wrong. You turn west, not east, at the waffle house.

The elevator was the worst part of the trip. It smelled like mildew and manure. Of course that could have been circumstantial because of other guests at the hotel. They have updated all of their TV's to flat screen! The room was very clean. It was a convenient location to the interstate and the Indiana Live Casino or whatever it's name is now. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The hotel is easy to find, and in a good location. My room was clean and smelled fresh. The hot breakfast was very delicious, and plentifull. My only complaints are the showerhead, water pressure, old style TV. I would stay again, and recommend to family/friends.

we stayed at the Comfort Inn Shelbyville for one nite on the way home from a family outing....The room was excellent, very large, clean and the nite clerk staff went out of their way to see to our comfort...would definitely stay here again.....

Stayed on 2nd floor and we could hear EVERY step people above us were making. They werent stomping, the floors squeaked and squeaked LOUDLY. Told the front dest but was never even offered so much as an apology.

I enjoyed my stay there everything was clean and orderly. Guest attendance was polite and helpful for place to eat with children. They had fresh baked cookies in the lobby and the location was very close to where I had to go for my meeting.

The room was clean and well appointed. The ventilation system was not great. We had to open a window and turn on the air to get circulation and cooling. The window open right by the highway was loud but did provide cooling and fresh air in the room.
