The room was a good rate and very close to the highway. They need to do a lil work on the plumbing. The water stayed in the bathtub when I took a shower--... that's something I did not like. Well, our first problem was after we checked in and realized that the whirlpool room we had booked wasn't even connected. So they did move us to another room, upgraded us to a suite, but alas no remote control for the front room, and the other one didn't work. Then on Saturday while we were out to an appointment, our key for the room was turned off. […] So went to check on this and the lady at the front desk informed us that the rooms with the whirlpool weren't supposed to be booked via hotels, expedia, etc. Then she rekeyed the key so we could get in. ' Nothing else on Saturday. Checked out without problems. Then on Monday, hubby checking his bank account and guess what?? Yep, they debited our account for the upgrade... Now what is wrong with this picture. Called and they said it was for incidentals... Now they must think we are stupid beyond stupid... So, don't stay here people. The whirlpool ain't worth it!!! Our beds were very hard and the pillows were flat.our shower was broken and we had to move to anoher room. However the staff were great. I feel that i should get my money back because the beds so uncomfortable.also continental breakfast wasnt good enough.i paid over $90 for my room and we were so dissappointed!!!!.

My well stay there was not to good the room maids would come to my room every morning and tell me to check out. When I had a week stay. There was mold in the room and clear water damage on the walls. The tile was falling of the tub. I'm over all I would not stay there again. Due to that and the very high rate you have to pay daily.

The location was very close to the dirt track races, but I booked it looking forward to the jacuzzi in the room. I arrived to find it had been disconnected to "save energy." I was not offered a partial refund - very disappointed.

Was confused as we got onto I77 off I26. Was looking for exit 28 but discovered exit 28 was non existent we were traveling in South Carolina our destination was North Carolina. Called Hotel.com for help but couldn't find anyone who could provide the phone number to the hotel. Our first room's deadbolt did not work but we were moved to another room easily. The second room's air conditioning was tepid at best. The bathroom finishes were clean but all a little worn and pitted. That is what you get for the cheapest rate, however, so we were not completely dissatisfied.

we were on a trip to ohio and back to SC, this hotel was the nicess of the lot, the place was clean they had comp breakfast to was close to a bunch of resaurants, we did not use it bu they had a pool and we didn't but if you have a pet staying with you it was resonable priced to keep it in the room with you. they also had a microwave and mini fridge […] in the room. the only thing that might give some people problems is it is right next to the high way but we did not have any trouble sleeping in fact it made it easy to find. overall a great stay Read more

This hotel worked out well for a place to rest our heads for one night, particularly since we brought our dog with us. The room was clean, basic comforts there, the water pressure and temperature in the shower was very good. We didn't take advantage of the morning breakfast since we had plans but always like to have that option.
