Room smelled clean, and looked like your classic room. Then you noticed the stained and 1980 box spring and mattress. All night you can hear other rooms flushing toilets and water running through the pipes. Not to mention traffic, airplanes and well the fact that the room appeared to amplify noises. just as the title says... FIRST AND LAST!!!

Was clean and had kitchen prepared with service for 4. Full size fridge was really nice. Key card access to outside doors as well as rooms. Only thing I found strange was that housekeeping did not wash dishes, we had to. But I didn't consider it enough to change hotels. Great amenities for thr price.

The heater/ air conditioner did not work right. When it got cold one night the heater smelled funny and set off the smoke alarm. The tv was very limited of the choice of stations. I had to book this hotel as a last minute deal to be in close proximity to the airport during tropical storm Isaac. Horrendous place, outdated, all rooms smelled very bad including nonsmoking ones. Unless you are left out in the storm don't use this hotel

This a dirty low budget extended stay that charges $30 to your credit card for a "security" deposit and then when you check out refunds your money 10 days later. The outside looks okay and EVERYTHING is downhill from there. Stay anywhere else!!!!!

We found the Fort Myers Suburban to be a comfortable place for our 5 day trip to the city. It was spring break time so the city was busy and traffic was tough. The hotel is located about 25' from the beaches or Sanibel. It is about 10' from Hammond Field the spring training site of the MN Twins. We did not try any of the restaurants in the area. You […] will need a car to get to any of them. The unis are spacious and comfortable. The pool is adequate. We got a coffee packet only on the first day even when we asked for one on each day. The room is not cleaned for you during your stay unless you request it. Overall a good value during Spring peak season. Most convenient to the baseball and not so much so for the beaches. Read more

The rooms were dirty. The staff was not friendly . If you have a dog and need a place for one night it might work for you. A dog room smelled like a dog room. Maid service was unsatisfactory. I even gave her a tip to get better service. She did give me coffee for the second day,also she did not vacuum the room. I did not request the sheets to be changed […] to conserve costs,so there would have been time to clean the room better. This hotels needs furniture updating,the beds were terrible. Although our room was a non-smoking room, it was not on a non-smoking floor. Worse, there was only one elevator, so unless we wanted to walk up three flights of stairs, we had to take the elevator and walk past all of the smoking rooms in order to get to our non-smoking room. And there was even a cigarette butt on the floor of the elevator Saturday […] evening and Sunday morning. Il y avait une odeur très désagréable dans la chambre. Nous devions avoir 2 lits double, et au final, nous avions un lit king size pour 5 ! Le canapé n'étant pas convertible, ils nous on quand même installé un lit pliant sans supplément. La clim était très bruyante. Pas de petit déjeuner.
