I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The smell in the room every time we went into it was so fresh, very comforting. The only thing that really could have been better is the water pressure in the bathroom. I would use the hotel again.

Very hard to find. Someone attempted to enter my room at 1:30 am. Hotel staff gave two different stories. #1 They gave another guest the room #2 Credit card from Hotels .com was declined and hotel security was checking to see room was occupied. Which ever is true it was very unsettling! I would never stay there again!

The hotel & room very nice, clean and comfortable. The complimentary continental breakfast was much nicer than what is offered at other hotels. My only complaint is the hotel is VERY difficult to find. You can't enter the address into GPS.. says it is unable to find. I called the hotel 3 times while trying to find it and front staff couldn't even help […] me...kept riding around in circles. Since I know how to get there now...would definitely stay here again!!! Very diificult to find if you are not familiar with the area, since the address isn't recognized by a GPS. Even after calling them for directions, it was difficult to locate.

clean and well maintained. courteous staff. above average bkfst included in romm rate... safe parking area.. very comfortable bed. Confusing access...GPS could not locate..signage for entry is not clear, roundabout route to hotel entrance..,would definitely use again if in the area or travelling from EWR

Although the service is very good, the room is too small, and there is only two full size beds in the room which is too narrow for a family stay. For the two beds room, the refrigerator and microwave are not equipped which is very inconvenience! Compare to the price of other hotels around, it is not recommend to family travel.

Good breakfast selection. Very helpful staff. Good transportation form hotel to the airport. However notifying that shuttle passes 15 and 45 minutes every hour at the airport end would make waiting less stressful... I called the hotel several times and a answering machine did not release this type of information...

The room key cards didn't function propoerly. We had to have ours replaced three times during our two-night stay. The hotel is nearly impossible to find - it doesn't have a street address recognized by our GPS. The front desk staff had to spen most of their time on the phone explaining to callers how to get tyo the hotel. They were very pleasant and […] patient, but I did feel sorry for them. The complimentary breakfast was sketchy. None of the housekeeping staff spoke English well enough to understand or answer my questions, and my Spanish is not good enough to communicate effectively. Shuttle took a little long to get to airport for pickup, but my stay was only a few days after Hurricane Sandy, & there was a gasoline crisis, so I will give them a pass on that. Other than that, comfy bed & pleasant overnight stay.

The hotel and staff are all A+! The lacationis between two major highways so there is nothing in the way of fast food diners or convenience stores accessible by foot. It is very convenient to the airport and the free shuttle was great! Very friendly and capable Front Desk. Room was clean and pleasantly updated with new carpets, comfortable bed and brightly lit bathroom. Shuttle to & from the airport added value and was easy to use. Coffee and pastry in the morning started our days.

Overall cleanliness is excellent! AC was a bit noisey. TV surfing a little frustrating. Nice place, though. Wish I had time for the pool and gym. I had never rented a car at the Newark airport and was unfamiliar with the area. My mistake was to rely on the hotel for directions. It took me almost one hour to drive from the rental car place, which is about 7 minutes away from the hotel. I had never been in a more confusing place to drive as near the Newark airport. I must have driven past the hotel […] about 4 times. I could see it and no matter if I called the hotel for directions or even asked people, I could not get there. Finally, I pulled out my phone and used the GPS there. So, if you are looking for convenient location, book the Marriott hotel right outside the hotel. You can walk to it from any terminal. We stayed only 1 night in the hotel. It is very close to Newark. We used the free shuttle bus to reach the hotel, which was very convinient. We waited for the shuttle bus no more than 3 minutes though it was around 10 p.m. when we arrived. The chek-in was quick though there was a large group of school kids checking in at the same time. Outstanding breakfast- too many choices for one sitting- glad we stayed 2 nights. Room was ready 3 hours before check-in, so we could leave our luggage and get to NYC. Our room had 4 pillows per bed, and they were different types of filling, so you could pick which you liked best.
